HT..... great stuff! Fill yer boots second half Rangers
Hoops v Loops match thread. on 15:51 - Jan 29 with 1938 views | BrianMcCarthy | What a joyous half of football that was. Everyone playing well. Tactically superior. Techincally superior. But the key is the pace and work-rate. We need to keep that going.

I think our forwards are fine, all 3 of them. In my opinion I think it rests more on the midfield. When the mid plays like this we look great, create chances, and score. If they don't our forward(s) get isolated and everything is static

A credit to us and his parents. Can't be arsed to find it but posted about him a few months back that I feel he's the missing piece for us defensively, does everything the others aren't good at. Proper Derry style but better on the ball. Amos back has also made a huge difference, could easily be just a squad player in this league but Warburton knows how to use him. A great young pro

Hoops v Loops match thread. on 15:52 - Jan 29 with 1926 views | DylanP | Best half of the season? No doubt about it. After Dykes scored the first, we looked absolutely rampant. Most confident period of play I can remember for a good while. Midfield has been absolutely huge. So delighted for Amos. He deserved it. And hopefully he will build off it. Hoping for a Dykes hatrick. That'd be something!

Hoops v Loops match thread. on 15:54 - Jan 29 with 1849 views | derbyhoop | Reading have looked OK in midfield byt defending has been poor and no threat up front. Rangers have pinged it around well and 2 quality crosses give Dykes 2 headed goals. Then Amos bust a gut to get on the break before Willock releases him for the goal. I don't think the goals have finished. Only downside - yellow cards for Dickie and Wallace. Can see Sanderson getting a run out. B

Hoops v Loops match thread. on 16:01 - Jan 29 with 1580 views | Malintabuk | Didn't think we get a good a 1st half as that at the start as the wind was quite strong, but that was really enjoyable. Old cliché as you can only play the team in front of you but Reading look totally uninterested. Swift looks as though he wants to be away.. .. would love us to go in for him. We have looked really good though... Jo-Jo master class in midfield but all 3 have no real opposition. Willock is sublime again and 3 really well taken goals. Have we employed a heading coach? Both Dykes goal were lovely headers and one flick off to the right was top drawer. Defence looked sound, but I think I could play CH against Reading Hope that this is not job done and move onto the next, but it may as well be.

Hoops v Loops match thread. on 16:04 - Jan 29 with 1823 views | simmo | Think the 2nd Dykes goal will be given as an OG, came off the CB. Also v odd with the keeper for the 3rd, Amos touch took him really wide but his weird chip shot ended up in the middle... Not complaining though, obviously 😊
