What would it actually mean for us? Would we have to pay his wages again, or would we just have to worry about him coming back and upsetting the applecart?
I’d imagine, if we’ve any sense, that would be covered In any clause in the contract and would depend on who attempts to pull out of it. As they are the side that would be breaching it, it is likely (you’d hope ) that they would still be responsible for a percentage of the wages that they are paying now, if not all of them.
Smilialry of we were to try to call him back early, we’d be liable to pay them back a percentage of the loan fee paid to us.
Our demise started after his sending off at huddersfield
Colin West was crucified for his sending off at West Brom in the play-offs, some years ago. Ayew's sending off at Huddersfield was just as needless and costly imo.

Don't want him back, I'd rather have Baston!! If we can't sell give him a free transfer because he won't play and still cost us a fortune. Better to cut our losses. Dreadful attitude, another player doing it only for himself, he's not a team player. At least Andre worked for the team IMO anyway.

One thing I'd say about Baston, is from the very little I have seen of him, and the highlights from his successful spell in La Liga, I think he would be putting games to bed such as Ipswich when Dan James was whipping balls across the six yard box over and over again. He seems very sharp in the box.
Wages would be huge at this level though I'm assuming, and he wouldn't fancy coming back over now.
Similar to Ayew though, hoping they peform well and we can make some money back on them in the summer.
Wasn't it a play off semi and WBA already down to 10?
Play-off semi final 2nd leg at the Hawthorns. We were 2-1 up from the first leg. I don’t remember a West Brom player being sent off. I just remember 28,000 singing Boing Boing Baggies Baggies.
Very proud to be voted Planet Swans Poster of the Year 2017 by my fellow posters. Especially on a site that nearly had 20 million impressions last year.

That Boing Boing chant always stuck in my mind after that day.
Some on the old NB tried to start using it but it fell flat
Whilst people are in the mood to knock ex players, I thought Ki looked superb for Newcastle yesterday, as did Fernandez.
Yeah they both did. I don't knock ex players as a rule and I always look out for how theyre doing and want them to succeed. I was happy for them. I was even nudging the guy next to me during motd saying "thy were playing for us last year" haha.
I was really torn yesterday, between wanting him to play well so we get some money for him, and "fuk the kunt".
Yeah f*ck the c*nt without a second thought. Whatever money the club would make from selling him is headed directly towards Jason & Steve's bottomless pockets and would not benefit the club.
Meanwhile, seeing the Ayews getting humiliated is comforting.
