Trust Board Minutes for 6th November 13:26 - Dec 7 with 7463 views | Vetchfielder | Shouldn't these minutes have been published by now? Aren't they usually released on the day after the next meeting - which means they are 2 days late?

Trust Board Minutes for 6th November on 12:23 - Dec 12 by NeathJack | Wasn't' this the meeting where it was agreed to send a letter to the club requesting the removal of Huw Jenkins (or similar)? If so, why isn't that minuted? |
Absolutely mate it was proposed about Jenkins going at that meeting (I was told by a 1st class source BTW) but it has now seemingly been removed from the Minutes for ‘some unknown reason’ .......?? Unbelievable .... F*cking Hell Netflix could do another series of the ‘Stranger Things’ series at ‘OUR CLUB’ it would beat everything they’ve released so far hands down ...... The lies, deceit and skulduggery goes on and on ........ You Greedy B*$tards Get Out Of Our Club. STID. Together Stronger 💪💪💪

Trust Board Minutes for 6th November on 20:10 - Dec 12 with 1601 views | Vetchfielder | One for Ux then please :- You said in a post a couple of days before this Trust meeting that you would be bringing up the issue of HJ's position, on our behalf almost. It was a hot topic at the time coinciding with the organised protest and the banning of a supporter. Was that brought up and discussed at the meeting because it is not minuted ?

It probably was brought up and laughed out of the room by the warm blanket brigade, with the words don't listen to the riff raff on Planet Swans, we know what we doing don't you know...................

Trust Board Minutes for 6th November on 20:36 - Dec 12 with 1570 views | MoscowJack | Could it have been that the Secretary decided not to add it to the minutes to avoid upsetting Jenkins & Co? Is it possible? Had it been minuted, it could have caused a bit of discomfort for some in the Boardroom lounge before and after games...!

Trust Board Minutes for 6th November on 18:26 - Dec 12 by Swanzay | It simply can’t proceed. I am sure ECB and Lisa are highlighting that very fact. |
Let’s see what the Trust board communicates tomorrow.
Trust Board Minutes for 6th November on 10:53 - Dec 13 with 1446 views | chad | So if the minutes don’t reflect the meeting then probably they could be sent out before the meeting However hopefully the minutes should be written in accordance with actual meeting not randomly hiding facts from the members the Board is employed to represent Minutes can be preformatted from the agenda and should not take long to knock up after the meeting. I would be happy to volunteer if manpower is the issue. As said by others elsewhere, although formal agreement of minutes often takes place at the next meeting the draft minutes could be circulated as soon after the meeting as it takes the secretary to type them up. I would probably include a very short period for them to be circulated and informally given the nod by the attendees prior to general circulation of the drafts. This is not a general aim going forward but a matter of urgency at this critically defining period in the Trust where the information shelf life can be counted in days even hours. Whilst the Trust openly refused to involve the wider support in such vital decisions, in which it has misrepresented Counsel opinion to push this very poor deal and attempted to discredit opposition to the deal by comments announced at the pre deal meeting — then it is in total breach of its duty of fairness and impartiality. It needs to pause now and consider with evidence its failings in this vote and its responsibilities and personal liabilities if this is pushed ahead without addressing the considerable issues
