It's an automated process and once they were informed of the circumstances, they didn't pursue it. Not sure how that makes anyone at the council a scumbag.
He was driving without insurance and although the loss of his leg is obviously tragic, thankfully he didn't injure anyone else.
Strange attitude that he now can't work, think plenty of other people who've lost limbs would disagree with that. Still, sure the Post gave him a few quid for this 'story'. |  |
