Rafferty on for Lund now. Horse. Bolted.

Mystifying why he's not starting, that McGahey has done well at RB is irrelevant. The way we have dealt with defensive issues, both in recruitment and dealing with absences has been poor and something only the manager can address.

Why in God's name play people out of position when there's probaby one of the most consistent full backs we've had in recent years sat on the bench, staggering yet again....

Worrying that as soon as McGahey moves to CH we concede 3 quickies. Mind you, JIm Mac could make Nesta look like a newborn foetus. At least we've got one back!

Let's be honest now, that's it, the playoffs are out of reach.

We have 7 games to catch up 6 points on a team who play 4 of the bottom 6 teams

Pretty much 7 points because of goal difference after tonight's debacle.

So infuriating because it just sounds like we've done it to ourselves yet again.

Wish I'd chosen a different username...

Mick Payne is really good, astute analysis. Interesting to hear his views on our defensive organisation even before the goals.

Comeback!!!!!!!

If Keane was being moved back to CH again tonight, McGahey should have partnered him. Strange why we haven't tried that.

On paper I would say that is our best centre back partnership.

Totally agree..with Raff at RB. That's surely our strongest defensive lineup.

Regardless of the personnel, we always have more of a chance with 11 men on the park. The ill discipline this season has been a real issue. But, yes, so has the defensive selections.

McGahey with an experienced player along side him could develop into a good centre back as he has all the attributes, he just lacks experience.

Infuriating because from the sound of it we were well on top in the first half, and it sounds like even with ten men we've had large spells of the second half as the better side. It seems just a crazy ten minutes has really cost us. Very infuriating because Keane's sending off could be seen as yet another 'mini-mistake' that Hill has spoken about eliminating.

If this team had even a half decent defence we'd be challenging for automatic promotion.

That shouldn't put the manager above any particular line of questioning post match. Sadly, we don't have a strong local reporter following the club, and the club's own media team aren't allowed to ask anything controversial.

He wants to stop making his own mini-mistakes before focusing on the players.

It feels like it's been so long since we managed to win a midweek game away from home, probably isn't in truth but it certainly feels like it's dragging on.
