Clarkson being unfunny again. on 11:49 - Jul 22 by Humpty
It's not particularly offensive. It's just so f*cking childish.
He just says some deliberately offensive things knowing that his army of fans will piss themselves laughing at at someone saying offensive things.
Slope
"Haa haa haa! . He's calling that chinky bloke on a bridge a slope. Haa Haa Haaa. That's brilliant that is is."
F*dgepacker.
"Haaa haaa haa. That's brilliant that is! He called the gays fudgepackers. Haaaahaa haaa. Brilliant. He's called the gays fudgepackers! Brilliant!"
N*gger.
"Haaa haaa haaaa! He nearly said n*gger. Deliberately! He's f*cking brilliant isn't he? He's so anti establishment he just doesn't care!"
I don't hate Jeremy Clarkson. He's doing his shtick to make money. I f*cking hate the moronic idiots who like him. People who think some rich chap saying the most racist and homophobic things he can get away with without actually stepping over the line is the most amusing form of comedy there is.
Sorry. Correction. I do hate Jeremy Clarkson but I hate his fans more than him.

When Chris Evans takes over I wonder how long it will be before he gets involved in some controversy?........
Isnt all this "fudgepacker" stuff scripted or quite deliberate for getting into the public eye? I mean look at us on here we are talking about it and some getting their knickers into a terrible twist over a man I and others couldnt care less about!!!!

You need to get some fresh air.
‘……. like a moth to Itchy’s flame ……’
Homo's have always been the butt of jokes and have always been described in colourful terms: bent as a butcher's 'ook, Nancy boy, shirt lifter, poofdah etc etc. None of these terms would be used by most people to directly insult an homosexual, but they might as well know that that is what is happening behind the scenes. C'est la vie - it comes with the lifestyle. And as long as there is still freedom of expression in this country - something Leftie control freaks would love to close down - then homos will continue to be the butt of jokes.
I'm not a fan of Top Gear - cars are functional, end of. And as a result, I'm not a fan of Clarkson. But he made a funny reference - a vulgar double entendre, - something Brits are famous for. From saucy postcards to the Carry On films. In the words of Catherine Tate's Nan character, " feckin' chill out"!

Behind the scenes they probably have a good laugh at people that don't know how to use apostrophes as well, so perhaps it evens out?

Anyone who thinks Clarkson and Al Murray are doing the same thing obviously doesn't get what either are trying to do.
Look at it again. Both play the role of racist bigot and do it very well. The difference is Murray does it in the most onviously tongue in cheek way, so people laugh at, rather than with the character he has created. Clarkson does it in a far less overt way in order to keep himself in the public eye. No one can get outraged by Murray, people can by Clarkson because many will believe he is not acting. Outraging people and then sticking two fingers up at them is what has kept him relevant and made him millions.

Lisa you are my very favourite smartarse. I assume you are making reference to "homo's"? Lower down you will notice I have used "homos".
Homos is one of those words that almost needs the apostrophe to break it up and soften the pronunciation, otherwise it can read like houmos - the Greek dip, and very nice too- with a hard final s. (Would sound like hom-moss).
So to be honest, I wasn't sure whether to use the apostrophe or not, and chickened out by using both forms. Trust that explanation satisfies your stringent grammatical standards? Xx

Thank you :-)
Although on the grammar front I pale compared to Warwick of course!!
And perhaps the similarity between the two words explain why they are both apparently very popular in Greece!

Oops, better quickly correct this or Lisa'll be on my case: houmos is more usually spelt "hummus" but it illustrates the hard final s that I was talking about. Phew! That was close.

If I cant get wife one, then doubt it as I ll go to the Alma where they understand me.
Queens is fine for food when we go with Swansea jill and meet with the seals but the woman licensee needs some inter personal skill training, not that I d give her any.
