Phone help needed 22:32 - Dec 30 with 3585 views

Just switched from Vodafone to 02 as was fed up having. Zero coverage in my area and in fact Anywehre I. The uk to be honest . Anyway used to receive mms pics etc ok via Vodafone. Now I get a text message saying to log into 02 website and use this password , obviously this isn't correct and something needs to be changed setting s wise any suggestions phones a iPhone 6plus

I get just the same on Vodafone and have an iPhone, I just assumed that's the way it was. And practically never works, waste of time in my experience. Tell whoever it is living in the 1990s to send it on email!

Go to settings

Messages

Scroll down and you'll see MMS Messaging - slide this to right so is green for go.

Work have however blocked my ability to send and receive due to data etc
I use WhatsApp to send any media messages now and texts as well. It's a blinding little free App and great for group messaging
