Where are all you ex-pats watching the game. 19:32 - May 22 with 15529 viewssix_foot_two

I will be watching from my room on a gold mine in the remote Mara region of Tanzania .I will be drinking a local beer known as Kilimanjaro which is one of the best beers I ever tasted.

Beat that if you can.

The only downer is a Huddersfield supporter who hates us all be watching with me.

Should be a big few days regardless.

Love this thread!! Love the idea of exiles dotted all over the world watching in the early hours, or remote places, or empty bars, caring so much about what's happening in a small part of NW London whilst everyone around them goes about their business unaware.

U RRRRS!

My neighbours wont be unaware Hunter..

Up at 2am in Woodville, New Zealand. Had to reconnect to Sky Sports for this occasion. The Rs have been on free-to-air tv here most of the season but not the play off final!? Go figure.
Still will get the added bonus of the Champions League Final and any other football that might be on in the next month or two

I'm a neutral ex-pat, and unfortunately I don't know any QPR or Derby fans down here. So I will be ensconced all alone on my sofa, sipping a glass of Minervois Red and hoping for a good match. I hope everyone has a good day/night of it.

Leicester City fan for 57 years, and professional old fart.

In my lounge with 2 footy loving mates (1 gunner and 1 Toon) who have suffered with me through all the years of the QPR roller coaster ride.

Lots of nice red then coffee and chocolate to stay awake. Missus going to the in laws for the night so I can shout at the telly.

Can't wait!

I think I'll be watching at home, in Sao Paulo, Brazil. 11 am kick off..and thank the lord its being shown on HD via ESPN Brazil. It;s also my birthday, so only 1 present i want. I was going to invite friends over, but not sure I can handle watching something I care so much about with lots of people who don't...and not sure anyone else will want to start drinking at 11am...
as its my birthday, I get to choose the days schedule......COME ON YOU R's

Greetings from West London and Happy Birthday for tomorrow. Let's trust it's a happy day all round.

My 25 year old son and I are in Hong Kong for 10 days (work), arrived yesterday, very very humid and muggy. We have our Hoopsahhhh shirts in our bedroom window.

We are in the Wan Chai area of Hong Kong Island - looking at going to Trafalgar pub in Lockhart rd - loved this review in TripAdvisor - "an English-style pub on the fifth floor of a building, which seems to raise it above the general filth and depravity of Lockhart Road" . . .and this one "“Best Pub in Hong Kong with over 80 Beers Selection”.

So - not too disappointed with the outcome really and might celebrate with a Chinese afterwards.

My kick-off in Costa Rica is at 8am. I will be in the water for a surf at 6am and then I shall be on the sofa with a hopefully steady stream. By 10am if all goes well it would be a steady stream of piss.

Kick-off here is at 7:00am. I'll be right here in front of the computer looking for a stream. Biggest question is whether I take the dog for a walk before K.O., or keep her plaiting her legs until after. If it goes to PK's I might have the SPCA after me, not to mention a well moistened carpet.

I'll be watching from my home in Mendoza, Argentina. I've actually just got home from a squash and asado night and being the week willed (alcohol wise) person that I am I've just opened one of the bottles of beer I was saving for mañana! I should go to bed now. The game starts in just over 8 hours.

Have reminded the wife all week that I'm unavailable Saturday lunchtime (It's an 11am kick off here). She knows nothing about football but suddenly knows that a football game doesn't actually last 4 hours (the amount of time I've asked her to be out of the house for!).

I'm just hoping for a good quality stream and win. Infact I'll take one for the team and accept an average stream and a win.

After 48 games of the season we've finally got round to a true "Must Win Game"...

Over to you Harry, the boys and the triffic fans...

I've got the Power.

Well the Thai military are doing their best to stop me watching it, no tv, 10pm curfew (which is basically half time of the game) and Internet running at snails pace so streaming impossible!

But I will not miss this, found a bar that has a feed from Malaysia and booked a room there so I don't have to worry about curfew. It's about 2 miles from my appartment and the girlfriend thinks I'm nuts (especially when I told her to put on her Rangers shirt as she's coming too....she's so lucky I'm this romantic!!!)

A few others coming along (Pattaya_R's being one) and they will be risking arrest by going home after game.....all this for our wonderful football club.....even if we lose todayi know I'm still gonna be so proud to be an R.

COME ON YOU RRRRRRR's (or as the Thais would say.....QPR soo soo!)

Well done Thaihoop, devotion to the cause way above the call of duty.

Kick off at 11pm here and I'm cranking up me laptop ready for the mighty occasion. No risk of arrest here in Northern Japan unless of course I'm deemed to be shattering the peace and tranquility of Japanese society as I go temporarily (?) insane as we get promoted to the good 'ol Premier.

Landed in Boston from Heathrow at 4am UK time last night, just woken up in airport hotel and about to

- pick up hire car
- put stuff in hire car
- drive into town and drop missus at the shops
- try and find the Banshee sports bar
- order fry-up and watch game

I've never been to Boston before and this plan has many things that could go wrong. Wish me luck

Great thread. Not sure living in Ireland classes me as an expat more a Blow In as they are known over here. Will be with a local group of Monaghan R's watching in the Squeeling Pig pub in the town centre [ minus Dermy QPR who is at Wembley. Will keep an eye out for that Monaghan R's flag mate and will have a pint or two on you ].
Going to make myself a hearty grill, then take a 2 mile walk into town even though it's cold and drizzly here and that should stoke up a sufficient thirst ready for the game. Come what may we will have a ball.

There aint half been some clever bastards.

Normally I'd be at home watching a stream as there is barely any chance of seeing us on Vietnamese TV, but the final is on a subscription channel so I'm off down to a bar in central Hanoi to meet a couple of mates. We're going to be in the LP Bar on Bao Khanh Street, Hoan Kiem District from about 8.30pm so if anyone just happens to be around turn up! You Rssss!
