It lacks class, shows us up and generally takes away from the excellent work our team have achieved for over a decade.

But it's so much fun, well deserved and couldn't happen to a more lower form of pond life.

So without any feeling of shame whatsoever, I say to Cardiff City and all of their delusional, pig headed, shirt changing, so called fans,

Get down to the lower leagues where you truly belong, you're not what you were and now have to admit that you are utterly inferior to the Swans. Looking back over your fleeting visit to our league has been like watching a pissed up aunt ruin a wedding, your on and off field antics were truly cringeworthy, the equivalent of trying to cop off with the best man, swearing during the speeches and falling on your arse on the dance floor (revealing that you weren't wearing knickers and had a tuppence like Brian May's plug hole)

Good riddance

Lots of love

I am in awe of your rapier wit.
Anyway, back to gloating, my highlights of the season have to include, the brilliant game against Valencia, Jonjo's goal, knocking Man U out of the cup in their own back yard, seeing the colour drain from Rafa's face during the first leg, humiliating Cardiff in the derby, the might of Wilifred Bony and watching Anus' tears dripping onto his manboobs (he has let himself go a bit hasn't he)

A nice win against Sunderland would top off a decent season, ready for our next PL campaign

Saturday at the Liberty was an embarrassment. A large amount of fans more interested in gloating at Cardiff's demise than concentrating on our own (inept) performance.
FFS please can we grow up and start supporting our team rather than worrying about Cardiff?
Next season will IMO be a critical one for us and the team and our manager will need every fan behind them.

I had a great time at the end of Saturday's game after finding out that Cardiff had lost and Sunderland had won. By that time the result of our entirely meaningless game meant absolutely nothing to me. I went straight back to the pub to enjoy a few celebratory beers and chuckle at Ole's inane interviews.

So shoot me.

I do feel sorry for the very small number of Cardiff City fans who immediately protested against the re brand when it first happened. Those who attended the 'Keep Cardiff Blue' meetings and tried their best to get other fans on board deserve a lot of respect.

I do not feel sorry for supporters such as the 'Scooby' gentleman who posts on this board. How can you defend a man who was so openly happy for this re brand to take place, the re brand that stripped your club of its identity, it's history. How can you continue to attend Cardiff games knowing that your chairman is tearing your club apart piece by piece. You, Scooby, do not deserve a club in the Premier League. You do not deserve a club to support at all. Instead of trying to save your club you went along with the fantasy's your latest chairman lied. Yes you may have been against the rebrand but you did nothing to stop it.

I hope Cardiff return to blue only because the minority of good, honest and loyal Cardiff supporters deserve it. The rest of you deserve nothing and should be ashamed of yourselves for the rest of your lives.

I may feel a little sorry for them if I had any respect for them, but to be honest it's hard to.

They've racked up huge £100 million plus debts to get in to the Premier League, I personally don't think a club living beyond their means as much as them deserves any success (and I feel the same about clubs like QPR).

On top of that they sold their soul for a shot in the Premier League.

They deserve everything they get, and more.

But I suppose they are our capital, therefore it's all a bit irrelevant and they're our superiors :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Stayed out of the KCB and all the other splinter groups because I knew full well how it would go. F*** Annis, Gwyn et al, it was clear there was a lack of any semblance of self-awareness. The in fighting, the inability to provide clear leadership, the lack of any control over members on social media, the lack of PR knowledge made it inevitable it would be a farce.

What was the message? Return to Blue? Marches featured plenty of Tan Out chants, contrary to the views of certain leaders along with thankfully a small number of racist comments about Tan. One high profile fan ( well, high profile in his own mind ) was behind some of the protests. Seemed to want to it organised as some kind of flashmob - ie if it kicked off, no "leader" to hold responsible. Ironically, that person no longer followed the club anyway, preferring to, from memory, support AFC Wimbledon from their ivory castle. Indeed, some suggested ideas for protests were for things inside the ground, would have really kicked off.

Either way, as I'm digressing, the fact is that there has never been a united Cardiff fanbase... in the old days, you'd get the in fighting, docks/cardiff/barry/valleys factions. Expecting them to magically unite, eh, more chance of Alan Tate being signed as next Barcelona manager.

As for the identity thing, I'm fairly consistent in that, imo the home shirt colour isn't the sole determinant of identity. Leeds for example, what was their rationale for changing to white? Oh yes, to look like Real Madrid.

Name change, that would be my breaking point.

I'm also curious to know what you think would have stopped the rebrand. Supporters Trust? Represent about 4% of the fanbase, initial vote split about the issue. Chose not to officially support march against Ridsdale, as it was "important for them to maintain dialogue with the club". Marches? Just get ignored and as usual, a small element would ruin the message. Boycott? ST money already in, not ST ticket sales would have an effect just not enough to change things. People not turning up to games? ST money already in.

Personally, I would prefer blue. I'm not going to suddenly stop supporting the club I've followed for 40 odd ( and I emphasise odd ) years just because the home shirts are now red.

Nobody is looking for sympathy, we are where we are and we have accepted it.

The debt is there i know but all Tan has promised have come off bar the debt to equity, am i confident he will do that? no is the answer but we will have to wait and see.

As for the Capital, well that is a fact but superior?

If tan had owned glasgow rangers and had tried to rebrand them, the rangers fans would have stopped him in his tracks straight away. It may only be a football club to some but to others it's an important part of the local community and for a foreigner to come in and try and destroy over 100 yrs of tradition is terrible. Where were the local MP's where were the local authority in voicing concerns to tan regarding the re brand, I can tell you where they were all on their knees, sucking up to tan. You got what you deserved.

Again, a shirt colour isn't enough for me to proclaim "woe, woe, the club has been destroyed".

Can't remember too many Rangers fans protested at the massive debts being mysteriously and bafflingly generated when they were dominant in a two horse division, to be honest.

No, you didn't but equally it's not comparing apples with apples.

You were in the bottom division, nearly going out of the league with relatively smallish debts. Easier for people like Morgan to get on board then, as the cost of investment would be lower.

If on the other hand, you'd been in the position we were when Tan took over with Petty still in charge, would you have been able to take the same actions, or more accurately, would your actions have had the same effect? Difficult to say with 100% certainty.
