Regarding kids football, I think we live in a different unsafe world these days.
I couldn't imagine (grand)parents feeling safe if their child was playing in a field unsupervised, as probably the majority of us over 40's did when we were kids.
For sure, I wouldnt let my 7-year-old grandson do it. He plays on the weekend & is actually doing well in the C*****f academy. I have told him when he gets really good he will be transferred to the Swans. |

40 plus years a ST holder, 70 odd away grounds following the Swans & I gave it all up mainly due to Martins boring football.
I found it difficult to watch a full game under Williams.
Although not thinking of renewing ST I will go to more games now it’s entertaining ( I have seen some poor stuff over those 40 plus years).
It seems I’m not alone. |

I’d like to think rapists get their comeuppance paralysed or not.
I agree he will cost us a lot of money & should be hung, same goes for the Chinese bloke who drugged & raped women on the news yesterday.
The later will probably get a lighter sentence as he is not a white male. |

Without a shadow of doubt.
50 mph from Magor to Tredegar Park, then the strech from PT to Swansea on a bloody motorway.
Add the ridiculous 20 mph on roads in Wales, & some wonder why people don't want to continue coming to Wales to holiday.
They may only be low-paid jobs, as someone mentioned, but local hotels, pubs, & shops will be effected.
As I said yesterday, the grownups on this forum can see how the WG are killing this country. |

I understand your view WR but South Wales has no prosperity & as the majority can see the infrastructure into South Wales will not attract business.
Welsh Labour want to keep the poor poor so they keep voting for them.

If I believed that those in the Senedd would use the money to improve infrastructure & bring jobs to Wales I would have no issue in paying additional tax.
Unfortunately we all (except for the forum idiots) know it would be wasted.
Drakeford still in a position to make such decisions says it all. |
