As i predicted at the start of the season i still feel we will end up mid table....the inconsistency in performances is frustrating.. i hope im wrong.
As regards the Ogdens..i don't know much about their business success but id have thought they would have grasped opportunities and pushed their profile and status regardless of those left behind..its how any successful business needs to be..so I've no objection to Jim or any of the players doing the same.
The only tangible loyalty is to be found on the terraces.
It’s early days still but I can’t see us winning this league
I just hope that Jim has a leap of faith and allows the team to be more proactive It may be the difference between ending up mid table and a chance at a play off spot come next May..we have the players to deliver it but I feel they are being shackled in some ways
For me even a win last sat would have failed to address the issue of the style by which we play...it certainly doesn't encourage me to buy another match day pass and for those who can attend it must be a tough call.
Its not that we don't have the talent on the pitch to play more positively its that it appears to be coached out of them to do so.
if this continues id expect some players to move on
Thrilled to be in the draw in our own right this time. Hope we get a winnable on paper home tie. Poss Salford at home..good attendance guaranteed and easy to get to replay if required
