Hate to say, but according to some Rotherham lads that we meet for this fixture, Dexter is on about 12k a week and signed injured. He's 30 now and this is his last two and a half year payday contract. Nice work if you can get it, but it hasn't impressed the Miller-ites. Remind you of Hateley anyone ?! |

Bought my first car off a mate for £50 a metallic blue Austin Metro. I was so scared at stalling at traffic lights that I used to leave it in first gear so no wonder the clutch went after 3 months. One of the last journeys was to Loftus Rd to see a Reserve game then drive down the Uxbridge Rd to watch Yeading that night. As I pulled into the Car Park I lost power and was going to leave it there to be dumped. By the end of the game a fog came down so thick I thought we'd been transported back to the 50's ! I decided to see if the car would start. It did and I drove three of us back down the Uxbridge Rd towards Kew Bridge with weakest lights on - no beams or full headlights. We could see about 5 feet in front of us and the journey back felt very ghoulish. Kew Bridge, Richmond, Kingston and up to Stoneleigh Hill. The fog was so bad that my mate advised me to take the, " next left " thinking it was a road, but we ended up turning into someone's drive ! It only stopped twice more on the journey home, but we made it in one piece. Still my favourite, scariest journey and the car did end up at Wimbledon Banger racing as previously posted. |

Tooting & Mitcham Utd do indeed play at a different ground although it's technically in Morden and now around 13 years old. Their record attendance at the old ground, Sandy Lane, was around 17000 v. QPR. Funniest non-league fans around with the tannoy announcer having about half a dozen songs sung about him. Far funnier than Dulwit Hamsters.... |

I heard the sirens on the opening bars of 'White Riot' by the Clash on a dodgy transistor radio under the bed as a pup and that was it for me. 'We all Fall Down' by Egghunt was another milestone as we morphed into 'melodic hardcore', but the track that I could play a hundred times on the trot is the Rich Kids 'Ghost of Prince's in Towers'. |

Just reading 'The Big Midweek' by The Falls ex-Bassist Steve Hanley. Now working as a School Caretaker playing occasionally with Brix Smith (also ex-Fall member and ex-wife of Fall frontman and profession loon Mark E. Smith). Also Marilyn Mansons autobiography. I really didn't know too much about him, but a very, amusing and erudite chap. |

Look at that photo ! The egotistical bast ard is massaging his own effin neck ! I'm with you Ree. A brief History in Hucknall time: Seen on TV bouncing in front of the Clash and Siouxsie and the Banshees. Covering punk songs in a shite punk band. Band mate goes 'loopy larios' so Hucknall converts 'Holding Back....' Into a soul, dirgy ballad. Renounces punk and buys '1000' drops of Rohipnol. Sings a female lead on 'LATER' with Emperor Jules Holland. Sex change turns him into Rod Stewart. Tours as a Face. Ends up Italian with 'beard' and kid. Too hot in Italy and face melts. 1000 women realise what they did and ask for forgiveness...... |

My favourite number tonight was their version of ' When I'm cleaning windows'. |

Looking forward to it at a decent venue. Last time I saw them was at the Southbank with seats !! A few 'Supers' going, so I'm hoping for a perfect weekend with a QPR WIN ! |

Are you joking, " Henry broke everything up". F**k me you really do know nothing about football. Henry won a couple of easy 60/40's and played like a crab. How many times was he out of position ?! The man is the most limited player I have ever seen since That Danish Arsenal player scored against us - can't remember his name ! When was the last time he created anything or went forward? Nobody knows. This 'c**t' has been taking my season ticket money for a few years now and I'm not happy. He doesn't communicate in a game. Poor Clint Hill. Crap tonight, but at least there's some passion. Don't get me started on Toszer....... See my match report tomorrow !!!! |

Came to the conclusion with a fellow Hoop that ' House of Fools ' is genius. You have to watch each episode at least a couple of times to see how much effort goes into a Simple premise sitcom - the scenery, audience recognition, decent do-stars, strange plots etc. Obviously not everyone's cup of tea, but give me it over most ITV Comedies or stuff like Miranda ( God forbid !). Ps. It's almost as good as Archer ! All the best 'the man with the stick !' |
| Forum Reply | Tozser at 09:22 25 Oct 2015
If I was on the pitch for 90 minutes I'd like to think I'd be able to make one decent pass ! To be fair Tozser gained in confidence in the last ten minutes and, hopefully, can carry that on Into the next game. We did the 'five minute' look at him during mid way through the 1st half. He didn't have much bottle, heading ability or positional sense and gathered he must've had A decent midfielder next to him at Watford. At QPR he's got Karl Henry..... |

Not my cup of tea, but I do know someone that supported them. He said they had no 'airs or graces' about them and that they still can't believe where they've got to today. The Vocalist had never earned more than £14 k a year, was in his 40's and living the dream. Unfortunately because the work keeps coming in he was worried about becoming an alcoholic! He wouldn't be worried if it all stopped tomorrow. I suppose it would look funny if he got a 'Sugar Puffs' advert in the future ! |

FFS How old is that joke .?!! Is it the same idiot that wrote that Brighton fans were singing, 'Seig Heil' at a Millwall game ? |
| Forum Reply | Did Anyone Hear.. at 17:39 18 Jun 2015
Aah, the Meteors playing the Clarendon. No 1 & and a half concept albums there ! Big Black, Suicidal Tendencies, Folk Devils, Stupids. What a venue. Met two of my Millwall mates in there after the 5-5 with Noocastle. They just said, " Go on then !" It was half an hour later when I got onto describing the equaliser ! |
| Forum Reply | Wayne Rooney's finishing at 20:27 14 Jun 2015
Unfortunately, due to Rooney being undropable/ Unsubstitutable that put paid to our hopes of Charlie becoming an England player whilst at QPR. His post match interview was laughable, trying to justify his recent pitiful performances and convince the English public that he has some Telepathic understanding with Wilshere . Even the 'Human Worm' could've scored the winner ! |
