Have you done your lines yet, Pinocchio? |

I had actually totally forgotten about Ross Stewart, when I mentioned Archer, Armstrong and Brereton at the top of this thread. Ross Stewart is potentially better than any of those listed. I just can't see him playing again for us sadly. |

Derby have won their last two home games, having lost each of their previous 3 games under him. Let' s see how they do in a crunch game at Plymouth on Saturday before anybody gets too excited about Eustace. I hope Derby get relegated; horrible place to have to go. As with Stoke. |

Tomorrow’s 100 lines for you are I MUST STOP MAKING UP STATISTICS AND BEING AN UTTER BORE. If you have not done today’s homework, you will need to do 200 lines tomorrow. |

I would more than happily see every English team lose in Europe this week. It is ridiculous how many teams get to qualify for Europe nowadays. An added bonus of Liverpool losing tonight is it hopefully reduces Boscombe’s chances of getting into Europe. |

The Championship is getting really interesting at both ends of the table now after tonight’s results. Showing again that it is the best League for unpredictability and drama. SKY would kill for that type of situation in the Prem, which is completely over for any kind of vaguely interesting end to the season. |

Also, did anybody notice how deathly quiet the Scousers fans were for most of the game, particularly while PSG had the ball. Puts to bed the myth of them being the 12th man. They are influenced by what is happening on the pitch, just like every set of fans are. See how good their support would be with one home win in the League all season. |

A bit like your spelling. You need to write 100 lines after your carer has made your dinner tonight. I MUST NOT DEBATE WITH SAINTS FANS AS THEY ARE MORE INTELLIGENT, THEY CAN SPELL AND THEY DO NOT MAKE UP FACTS. Come back on here when you have written it all out. I will give you tomorrow's homework tomorrow afternoon. |

It's good to see that you are recognising losing yet another debate. You're really not very good at this, are you? |

No £30 price cap for away fans either. Seem to remember Leeds and QPR were two of the worst last season for this. |

I have seen some blurb from the Club, trying to push activity for the Knightwood Lounge for Saturday's game. This I believe is the quite new cocktail and canapes offering at the back of the Itchen North. It pains me to think this is what has become of that area which I used to love standing in. Is this truly as horrific as it sounds? |

Are you deliberately showing the spelling ability of a young child? Or is this just standard for your club's following? Perhaps their following on X is so low because they can't spell X. Just a thought. |

I'm not sure they can justify reducing policing costs when you think of some of the possible visitors next season.... Skates Millwall Cardiff Birmingham Wrexham Leeds All may end up being in the Championship next season, and all would merit a policing presence significantly above any current Prem oppo. |

Hoedt wasn't in my list, but he was right up there for stick, and arguably deservedly so. Did Romeu ever get stick?? |

You get certain players who occasionally in the twilight of their career can still have a major impact. Sheringham and Strachan spring to mind; James Milner as well. They seem to be few and far between though. And I'm not sure Ings is showing any signs he can have an impact in the later years of his career. Now I would absolutely love us to sign James Milner. A fitness fanatic and a true leader. |

We had a core of solid Prem players when Gao came to the club. Players like Ward-Prowse, Romeu, Hjogjberg, Bertrand, Tadic, Redmond, Cedric, Shane, Austin, Forster. They carried us through the sticky period under Pellegrino / Hughes, and Hassenhutl had an impact in his first couple of years. I don't think Dragan was so lucky in inheriting the squad that were at the club when he bought the club. |
