The whole point of the 3pm blackout isnāt really to protect the league sides, it is to protect the pyramid as a whole. If people are going to go and watch their league team, theyāll still go. If they were maybe going to their local non league side instead but then sack that off to watch a live, legal, 3pm game then itās the non league side that loses the tenner on the gate, tenner in the bar, fiver at the burger van. Football without fans is nothing trumpet Sky. Without fans the pyramid as we know would totally collapse. |

I think it was weather related. Play with the wind first half which seemed to be blowing diagonally toward the loft. Keep them hemmed in a bit and press them and it worked a treat. |

Whatever noise they pumped in certainly didnāt come from the Watford fans. Almost funereal atmosphere. Very odd considering their home results. |

I thought it was fairly even first 20 minutes as both teams were pretty bad. For the last 25 mins of the first half they stepped up their intensity and we didnāt. We needed at least one change at half time but he didnāt make any and the second half started like the first endedā¦but worse! |
