Hes done us proud in the past, he needn't worry about giving the penalty away, we should have closed the game out way before then!

These things happen, he looked so pished off, we are still ok!

Hope he doesn't feel to guilty!

It wasn't his fault. He did what he could with the situation at hand, imo.

he done what he had to do it was better to concede a penalty with a chance of saving it than leave him go behind him and get the goal.

I just feel sorry for him that he was left to clean up the mess. I mean holding on to the ball as a team 1 up in the dying minutes of a game seems like something you would learn before you got to the professional ranks?

Although I agree with the original poster 'he's done us proud' , cant see how you can say it wasn't his fault far to slow coming off his line.

Is an excellent stand in, better than I thought he was going to be and no worries for the future with him. But he was very slow off his line for the pen and he won't be happy with himself. Still rate him though, but behind Vorm no doubt.

Oh,..Dave, what's occuring?

Slow off the line for the pen is a bit harsh, guy has what, half a second at the most to read the striker and get to the ball. Was a well placed pen as well.

If Chico had been in position and/or Tremmel had been awake it wouldn't have been a problem.

I suppose its a game of opinions ;-) but of course they wouldn't have needed to be if he wouldn't have been so maverick. And thoughtless.

I still like the silly bald man tho.
