After feedback from the fans we are pleased to reveal next seasons shirt. Crown Oil have kindly allowed their logo to be changed to white to compliment the colour of the Rochdale shirt which has created goodwill between the company and the fans. Fila have also listened and removed the massive sleeve logos. The club have taken on board feedback and gone with a predominantly striped shirt but with blue arms instead of black and we are sure this shirt will prove popular with fans.

I actually don't mind the new kits, I think the home one is a decent effort at something a bit different. There's only so many times you can bring out a striped shirt that's not exactly the same as the last one! If I was to tweak it I would lose the blue panelling at the sides and make the sponsor logo a bit more complimentary to the shirt.
I posted these on here about 3 years ago, still would like to see an away kit like this.
Also looking back it looks like Nike stole my idea of a gradient kit and used my design for Barcelona's away kit last year!

I'm a complete numbnut on that front. I think the shirts look shite, but I'll probably still buy them for wearing at the gym*. It's habit and I still feel I'm supporting the club by buying them.
One thing that is often overlooked when dicussing kit manufacturers is the leisurewear. The stuff produced by Nike, while not being at all bespoke, looked excellent and was great quality. I still wear my Nike polo shirt now. The same could be expected of Adidas or Puma. Most of the Carbrini/Fila leisure stuff is cheap tat. The percentage of sales we get from Carbrini/Fila will be much higher than from the big players like Nike, Adidas or Puma, but I'd be interested to see turnover vs profit on the whole range of merchandise.

Bristol Rovers have launched their kits, usual blue and white quarters at home.... purple and black stripes away.
That'll be two seasons running they'll have 2 kits that clash when turning up at Spotland. Will we wear yellow again and pretend it's a dead clever idea?
Is there anyone left who doesn't think purple clashes with blue? Really? |  |

I'm not against Barcas kit, it may be an interesting combination but they have gone with tradition of the Catalan region, I have no problem with that, just another way for them to try separate themselves from the rest of Spain almost. |  |
