coleman needs to do us all a favour and resign !! 22:03 - Nov 13 with 12423 views | rochdale1 | After going the game tonight its clear coleman doesnt have a clue !! Our club has been ruined any anybody that doesnt see that is deludid... Where out off the fa cup now, and honestly where sitting higher in the league than that shambles of a team deserve...!! The fans just arnt ars.d nomore, and coleman clearly doesnt care what the fans feel.... Colemans tactic is just to keep boating the ball up to dele, whom works hard and does a few nice touches but cant do it all. I promise on my sons life aslong as coleman is at that club il never waste another penny!! even if we go up its honestly because everyone in that league is just as bad!! fact_ if we were in league 1 right now we would have less points than bury! Coleman is turning many fans away with negative tactics and poor displays of football!!!! COLEMAN OUT ....

coleman needs to do us all a favour and resign !! on 11:31 - Nov 14 by MoonyDale | Selective quoting doesn't score you any points you moron, I said God knows how we are in sixth with our home form as bad as it is, no problems with our away form at all, and if you had read anywhere near as many of my posts as you seem to suggest you would know that, as to my expectations...I expect us to finish mid table and we are doing much better than I could have hoped for at this point in the season, however what I saw last night and at other home games this season was sh1te, that is a simple enough fact for anyone to see (except you it seems) Therefore I am well within my right to say so however I wish, the fact that you don't agree is fine and dandy you are entitled to an opinion as are we all. As to thinking we have a devine right to win every game we play at home, where in any single post I have ever made on this board have I ever stated that ? No team has a right to win every home game and to say as much would indeed make me a mong as you so often say, but as I haven't said as much then the title of mong should rightly pass back to yourself and the never ending dribble of foul smelling crap that issues from that mouth of yours. When at last we see a good home performance I will be the first on here to praise the team and heap congratulations upon them, I think that covers much of what you ask and I hope you have the requisite brain cells to process the information correctly (although I doubt it) As you are more than willing then my offer still stands... |
Was fleetwood not good performance? And the fact that you come on here berating the team if we don't win, then yeah it suggests you do feel we should win every game. If we're exceeding expectations why don't you simmer down and enjoy the ride. And where and when? i'll bum drill you harder than sir jimmy.

coleman needs to do us all a favour and resign !! on 07:45 - Nov 14 by ThreeLions | Its embarrrasing OD, these people only spring up on here when we lose and seem to have an agenda on getting the manager sacked. A couple of bad results don't make a season and by god we have no given right to win every week. Probably best to hive this board a wide berth when we lose as I can't see attitudes changing in the near future. |
I think a lot of it is snobbery towards Coleman, he's only an ex accy manager, deep down they think we could have done better, and every defeat they come on to air their air headed views.

I don't think there is any snobbery towards JC, after Steve Eyre we would have taken just about any manager to be fair. I think the only issues with Coleman is his perceived stubborn streak, whether that's a justified concern will show itself over time...

You are definitely not on your own feeling that way, it seems however that you are not allowed to openly state your thoughts on here unless they conform to the views of one or two people. Maybe we should all take a deep breath. Dust down, get over our disappointment and start cheering the team. And enjoy the good moments I had 2 new supporters there last night. I have 2 more coming Sat. We have been far worse than this team. But we lived with it (and to some extent I enjoyed it - explaining why I watched the Dale rather than Man U). Sensible post Ricardo, I know you have had some grief in the past although I don't know you personally, we all have our own views it just seems that mine don't sit well with Sweetcorn, now I can handle that as we all have different views, it seems that I have gained a stalker who takes delight in trying to wind up all and sundry, me most of all. coleman needs to do us all a favour and resign !! on 23:01 - Nov 13 by R17ALE | Walking home tonight I felt exactly that. It's not our club anymore. I just can't put it into a context, but that is how I felt, so in a sad way, I'm glad it's not just me who has had that thought cross my mind! All I see is that in the last 2 seasons around 50% of the fan base has slipped away. 1500 home fans for an FA Cup replay is very poor. I suspect the downward spiral will continue with shyte like that at home. God help us the next time the club want us to shovel snow off the pitch, produce a think tank, buy Christmas Draw, buy season tickets, buy kit etc. The arrogance of those at the top that these fookers will keep turning up, and the cba attitude of club staff is finally having the deep effect many of us predicted it would several years ago. They didn't listen then and they won't listen now. The Hillcroft years were damaging, in a way, as their results covered up the huge cracks off the pitch, as commented by many on here at the time. Once again, I will say, only fans know what fans want. And I'm only hanging on by my fingertips. |
Its making me feel ill ,looked forward to last night and left feeling ripped off ,frustrated and down right dissapointed ....Rafferty into midfield for me !!

coleman needs to do us all a favour and resign !! on 15:46 - Nov 14 with 1310 views | windowsbug | Let me just add.. football is in the entertainment industry. If people don't like what is on offer they will go elsewhere, which is what's happening. Its ok to put in poor performances in away for home and scrape a result somehow, but home games are the bread and butter for the club financially. When attendance drop below 2000 for a home game maybe the club will get its head out of its own arse and realise what's going on. Infighting between "fans" reminds me of the Barrow years. As to me giving my ticket to someone... if you want to watch it you pay for it. Im quite happy to just tear it up and walk away. [Post edited 1 Jan 1970 1:00]

coleman needs to do us all a favour and resign !! on 17:05 - Nov 14 with 1234 views | dalenumber2 | I am rather surprised by such a dramatic reaction to last night's game to be honest. I can't believe that some are actually asking for the manager's head. That seems to be a gross over-reaction considering how we are performing overall this season (we are sixth so can't be doing that badly). I also don't think that we played worse than I have ever seen either last night and, although we were pretty poor, I can recall games last season in which were at least as bad. The home performances compared to away are a mystery but it wasn't so long ago when we were desperate for an away win having gone weeks without one. I am sure things will change soon, but we are in a vicious circle - the fans aren't turning up and making noise because of the performances and the players' confidence can't be too good at home because the dwindling crowd doesn't get behind them. We need to burst the bubble at home and then we can make some more progress. I think we need to bear in mind that we have played really well in some matches this season, so we have the potential to finish in a good position. I am trying to have a half full cup here.

I think we have a right to voice our concerns on the forum because thats the whole point of it and our home form is a BIG concern. Our home performances and results dictate how much money we get coming into the club, which then dictates the quality of player we can attract to the club, which then as a knock on effect on the attendances and the atmosphere at games. To just dismiss our home performances and shout people down for voicing their concerns is wrong, the crowds are going down the drain and to keep schtum after last nights diabolical performance (another one at home), would be a desertion of duty as a supporter of football. Its not a over reaction, our home performances in general are stopping the club from moving forward and detering people from attending games !!

Pretty well sums up my thoughts TS, let's see what the attendance is on Saturday. Last night did surprise me as I thought the crowd would have been bigger, the club must be haemorrhaging money at the moment.

IMO MoonyDale you're simply voicing the concerns of many fans - and I use that word advisedly. We're concerned that the club we love is massively underselling itself and whilst I'm confident that Coleman is the right man in charge, by the time the team really starts to gel and put in some decent home performances, the crowd will have gone - perhaps never to return, or only occasionally. The likes of OBTCorn - no doubt a passionate supporter - can't bear to have their feelings hurt when they read that others see things very differently. As an analogy (so please don't take this as a direct comparison) when religious fanatics hear what they take to be blasphemy, they simply can't bear it and start blowing themselves and others to smithereens. If OBTCorn was a muslim, he'd be sat there with his fake AK-47 making the internet videos as we speak.
