Right,if Novak was dressed in the attire of the sixties ,using the wooden raquets of the time,eating the food of that epoch with no tie breaks and infinitely more tricky courts, he would NOT have been Laver much,who had an all round game with no weaknesses at all.
Djokovic, would have struggled against Rosewall in his pomp,Newcombe,Gonzales , Tony Roche and Roy Emerson .
In later years,he would have found it hard against Borg,McEnroe,Connors .
As a man,no way the greatest champion as he doesn’t have the integrity of Laver who is universally respected sixty years after he played.
