Swansea City v Luton Town : Matchday Thread 22/23 14:54 - Aug 17 with 19987 viewsNotLoyal

It’s a tricky game for the swans on Saturday against a Luton Town side which has enjoyed success over Russell Martin’s side in recent years. Realistically it could halogen again.

Leave Sorinalo out of that line up and leave a couple of parking cones on the touchline instead.

The cones would be more useful than Sorinola.

Seriously, if he starts today, I'm done with Russ.

Not being Naughton's biggest fan, this decision seems as bad as electing Cullen to sit on the bench.

Prove us wrong Russ or get out of the club

Naughton took a knock late on against Millwall - when he was chasing back, seemed to twist his knee/ankle. Maybe he's not 100%.

No real quality out wide is hurting us and not doing the basics correct. Luton can get 3 or 4 goals just on set pieces alone.

well.its like this.
Russy's fav lad comes for a cross ,which was nice but then his "punch" doesnt go very far and their chappie trokes the ball home under his body.

Andy is a good goalkeeper

Imagine benching one of the best young goalkeepers in the country because he is uncomfortable receiving and distributing short passes under intense pressure.

Further imagine that we then blow a significant chunk of our transfer budget on a replacement who is grossly inferior in every key area of goalkeeping.

But hey, we may score one goal a season which started with a short pass from our goalkeeper to a centre back whilst under pressure.

Luton have attempted over 50% more attacks than us so far, despite having over 50% less of the ball.

It's farcial.

What a pile of sh*t so far, look like a team playing this system for the first time. This is bread and butter for Luton.

I thought Blackpool would start a renaissance.adluy its looks an isolated bright spot.

We need to ditch Martin and get our loanees back for the new coach to work with.
Not finny any more

Crowd is dead on its feet or rather on their arses as they dont eem that enthused. That is the martin legacy.
