Contractual Obligation Friday Forest Match Thread 14:17 - Oct 28 with 26705 views | MrSheen | A visit from Forest is the perfect time to put a clueless novice in charge. Expecting a 1-3 sickener, won't get a chance to do this again

Contractual Obligation Friday Forest Match Thread on 22:03 - Oct 29 by Rangersw12 | Thought we were pretty comfortable and they didn't really threaten. They got lucky with the defection and the fella who crossed it looked offside We had chances to kill the game off and paid the price Winnable away games coming up |
Have to disagree with the first statement. The Forest player who crossed the ball looked onside to me. However, I agree that in the second half QPR had enough clear cut chances to put the game to bed. Dykes in particular was guilty of some poor finishing.

Harsh. I’d like to put on record how honoured I am to have been trusted with stewardship of the match thread, only sorry the players couldn’t seal the deal for me, and of course, the fans. Vote of confidence?

You sir did a sterling job well done Cold light of day and to just rub salt in the wound Mrs mintabuk announces that as we played last night, and in the words of the immortal Mr John Inman "I'm free", we can do some early Christmas shopping, Sky the curse that keeps on giving, or is it that traveller curse I nearly forgot that one And even in the cold light of day still gutted and peed about last night. Around me in SA stand can still see all the heads held in hands and the looks on the fans faces, that was really hard Oh not sure if the lights have been tweaked, but it did look better last night, or we are just getting use to them Carry on sir. I don't think things are always that clear cut. We have quite a lot of blocked shots too and he gets tackled in the area, as last night. I'd like to see our midfielders sometimes in the box doing a run to spread the defence. We sometimes make it too easy for the opposition defence.

Not sure where you'd find that information but if true then it somewhat disproves the argument that Dykes should bury more of his chances.
Contractual Obligation Friday Forest Match Thread on 09:32 - Oct 30 with 1101 views | NorthantsHoop | In the cold light of day, even though we lost 2 points in the dying embers of the game, we did look more solid in midfield and Johansen looked a lot more comfortable especially 2nd half. Forest are a decent team and on the up under Steve Cooper, who I rate, he did a very good job at Swansea and with England 17s. One of our problems is the ability to get shots away outside the 18 yard box, Colbeck has a pop gets a deflection goes in. We sometimes labour away going across the outside of the box without anyone having a shot. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

How many months since Dickie had a shot? He was getting further forward in the second half than for some time, but not close enough.

I've only seen it once so your probably right Would have been irrelevant anyway if we had taken our chances
Contractual Obligation Friday Forest Match Thread on 01:20 - Oct 31 with 899 views | JustJules | I watched the game in Sweden through Viaplay. The (English) commentator mentioned that Colback hadn't scored in 2 and a 1/2 years after his shot went in... Not quite in the John Jensen league, but If I'd been armed with this knowledge prior to the game, I might have put the money I've saved for a rainy day on that happening!!

Yes Chair seems to be the only one who shoots regularly from outside the box, which is sometimes the wrong call, but paid off handsomely against Blackburn.
