I honestly still think a lot of that was because there were no crowds.
We’ve had even less shots etc this year and people are enjoying it more because they are there or even if they aren’t there is an atmosphere, noise, screaming etc. It completely changes it. |
Absolutely correct. I couldn’t bare to watch some of the “wonderful” examples of football either in Europe.

I don’t log on until the end these days. Reading the people pretending how good stuff is just annoys me, when it’s clearly dross.
I have no issue with Martin or his ultimate goal. My issue is our different versions of getting there, there is no way we should be playing like this currently.
The “long term plan” thing is such a fallacy. Because if short term goals aren’t met then the long term goal will never be. Let’s say we keep playing this way until January window, 20th in the league… who is going to want to come to us knocking on the door of league 1?
Long term plans gradually going forward are great (Martinez). Long term plans going backwards are extremely damaging. | |
