Who would have thought it?

Scotland and Wales classing anyone who had Covid with in 28 days of dying as a Covid death, regardless of their actual cause of death.

In England, we are classing anyone who has ever tested positive for Covid as a covid death. So someone could have have tested positive in February and get run over by a bus today, and they will be added to the list of Covid deaths.

As I have said all along, the numbers are fabricated and exaggerated. History will show that we performed as well, if not better than most of the large European countries ( which will upset some on here )

Cancer Research UK are predicting that the lack of urgent care and referrals could contribute up to 35,000 excess deaths as well.

Heart conditions etc also contributing to excess deaths.

The truth is unraveling.

No opinion is worthless. It is just an opinion. Your very strange Trumplike obsession about winners and losers is bordering on the narcissistic. I would worry about it if I were you. There is no right or wrong about Brexit or remaining in the EU. They are just different ways of operating as a country. Some people are of the opinion that we should remain in the EU and others feel differently. It certainly doesn’t make you a better person just because other people like you decided that they wanted to do things differently. Perhaps if they had been told the truth about the outcome things would have been different, who knows? To try and make out that you have somehow become a superhuman just because you are xenophobic doesn’t really work Doris.

Oh so there are opinions about Brexit and no right or wrong but anyone who voted for Brexit is Xenophobic, yes? OK, glad we cleared that one up.

You can't help yourself can you? Your bitterness is like tourettes, no matter how hard you try, you just can't stop yourself blurting something out.

Did you say you were off to Romania, or am I misremembering?

How does that work now without free movement?

Free movement? What, like if I want to visit say the USA or Canada?

That’s rhetorical btw, there far too much wasted energy on this thread already.

So, that Lallana then? What a guy.

Do you think you are imprisoned in the UK now that we are out of the EU?

If you have worked hard in your life and have a trade/skill then there are a huge number of countries that you would be welcomed in.

Why do you assume that I think people are trapped here?

I asked Kernow 'how it worked' because unlike you I'm interested in the details.

Without freedom of movement, a permanent move to another country will need to fall within that country's immigration policies and regimes. And just like you don't want people coming willy-nilly to the UK, it might surprise you to learn that other countries will want to set rules about the people settling there too. (Perhaps you think waving a Union Jack will be sufficient in most cases?).

I was interested to know if such rules were already being set and what they were. Particularly as I thought he was moving within the EU, and my assumption was that there were no generic alternatives to free movement yet agreed.

If you've got anything more than your usual (worthless) gut feeling that 'everything will be fine' - I'm all ears.

I am engaged to a non-British national mush who is here on a visa ( from a non-EU country too, who would have thought it possible!!! )

What is wrong with someone having to fall within a particular countries immigration rules, as we have to in the other 168 countries around the world.

What I find amusing from the leftie wet-wipes is that it's apparently Xenophobic to want us to be able to be friends with 194 countries in the world and instead we should restrict our friendship group to 27 nations.

Keep clutching those straws.

Following just one solitary over after lunch, the LooneyLeft XI have finally removed Ian from their attack and turned to the familiar stalwart Soggy to try and stifle a rampant Boris. Earlier in the day, the inexperienced Kernow was unlucky to see Boris dropped from a corker of a delivery, before a wayward Grumpy was easily dispatched as he struggled to find his line and length.

After some early uncharacteristic wild slogging from Boris in this mornings session, he's manged to regain his composure and continued to bludgeon a laboured attack.

Bought a derelict many years ago and have restored it with a view to settling there in retiremement.
Whether that remains possible reemains to be seen.
If not, then do I feel imprisoned in the UK?
The answer would be an emphatic yes.

You are lucky that homophobia is completely fine with the hysterical lefties Chesham, or you'd be in big trouble.

Now let's get back to the REAL issue of whether Kernow can retire in Benidorm or not and how xenophobic is it to want to be friends with 194 nations, not just 27.

Good afternoon soppy. Took a while for you to dry your eyes today before getting on the forums.

Just a little update for you incase you missed it.

Brexit is happening.
Everyone has forgot about Cummings.
The 'Russia Report' showed nothing of interest.
Conservatives still have a huge majority.
Labour and Lib Dem supporters are irrelevant and can do nothing but watch on.

So that'll be the same reply from you yet again, Kermit.

To say you are obsessed is an understatement.

I asked Kernow for some info. That's all. Just say if you don't have any - we know what you think on the other stuff.

There are some good posters on here, who can set out a well-argued case for Brexit. You're not one of them.

My fault SOG.

I made the mistake of asking Kernow about his emigration plans, which Kermit took as a call for a dissolution of Parliament and a second referendum.

I would hope very much that you will still be able retire there. Got to think that Spain needs a fairly constant supply of UK retirees to keep its economy and property market buoyant. Mrs Dorset is increasingly keen for us to do something similar in the future.

I'm genuinely interested to see what sort of entry conditions will be set and what rules around access to health care etc.

And hopefully having already bought a place there might give you an advantageous treatment.

I don't need to have any sort of argument with you about Brexit. We have had the vote and we're leaving and there's nothing at all you can do about it.

I'd rather just keep reminding you of that rather than having a pointless debate about whether it's a good thing or not as it's completely irrelevant now. It's happening.

I had the misfortune of getting in the car at around 10am today and James O'Brien was on and he gave one of the weirdest and funniest opinions I've ever heard from the hysterical left.

He suggested that ( and I quote ) "we are part of the European Union, why do the other 27 nations not get a say on whether we stay or leave?" - that's exactly the sort of lunacy opinion we are dealing with from people like yourself.

5.5 million British people live abroad.

Out of those 5.5 million British citizens, 1.2 million live in EU countries.

2.37 million EU nationals live in the UK

So only 1 in 5 Brits choose to live in EU countries when emigrating. For the 4 in 5 that choose elsewhere, there will no doubt be more opportunities in the future.

Twice the amount of EU nationals live in the UK in comparison to Brits that live in EU countries. Who needs who more?

Yes, I'm sure James O'Brien said that.

Given that what people say and write seems always to get translated into some form of extremist remainer lunacy in yours ear and your brain, forgive me if I ignore anything your might try to report on what others have said.

You have shown yourself to be a Brexit obsessive. I prefer the winner-loser-bedwetter stuff. We all know where we stand with you on all that.

So what do you reckon then Boris?
Chinese export opportunities looking rosy?
Uncle Sam set to give us favourable terms?
The white Commonwealth countries ready to forgive us for throwing them under the bus back in the 70's?
How about India? Suspension of foreign aid going to help our cause on the sub-continent?
Japanese car makers keen to keep investing?
Any significant inward investment?

Any good news from anywhere?
WTO rules it is then.
