Little Pompey who had a bit of bluster early doors, managed one shot on target against a pretty poor Arsenal Youth, who never really needed to get out of first gear, generally playing sideways and backwards in what resembled a training game.
2000 Arsenal fans couldn't even bothered to get excited or even sing a song in the 90 minutes, and I wish I'd watched Boro V Forest or Traffic Cops to stop me nodding off.
I only stayed with is as I bet the Arsenal to win 5-0 @ 50/1, but they never wanted to put that much effort in to it.
Could be a few decades before they play them again, let alone beat them. |  | | |
