This is a TV cameraman being attacked at the Grenfell protests. I saw it. Instigated by masked scumbags who weren't interested in protesting pic.twitter.com/g7vFBV9Fnk

He's deleted it, but there are plenty of other disgusting posts. He's now asking where was the outrage after Manchester.
He's pure slime.
I can almost detect an undercurrent from some of the posts on here . Perhaps it's because it's mainly non whites affected which minimizes the impact for them.

Lets get those poor people rehoused properly and make safe any others at similar risk before burying everthing in political shit and blame. Plenty of time for that.
Incitement to riot is utterly deplorable, the tw*t May is beneath contempt, and the circumstances that gave rise to this should be laid bare, but this is a human tragedy and those humans must be properly taken care of first and foremost.
Post of the day. Politics, fck off (yes, politics transcends all, but ffs not here, not now)
Sad, so sad indictment that Politics strives to prevail , even now, on this thread
Creatures like Trampie, politically point scoring, curl up and fck the right off
Find a thread of ur own for politics - this aint it

Bluey's nipped over there with Lohengrin to pretend to be communist agitators so they can come back here and say "told you so"
The pair of them are a disgrace just read Lohengrin post about the protesters being Labour supporters and not family or friends of the victims. A vile thing to say sickened me to the stomach.

Lohengrin is my favourite poster on here by miles. Well read f*cker provides books and links I'd not not have come across in Comp. Because 'Comp' was was more of a slow anaesthetic than an education.

That's as may be but some of his posts are viciously anti labour - and he is working class.
However his complete lack of empathy towards the victims of the Grenfell fire - typified by his comparison to a war time tragedy - shocked me greatly. And more so his evaluation of the aftermath.

When the inquiry has been completed I suspect we’ll find a simple fact. That the poor and isolated died precisely because they were poor and isolated — and, ergo, voiceless. They had complained, they warned about a major tragedy, they were ignored by a system supposed to be dedicated to them. And I can see why they turned on the media when Jon Snow showed up last night: they had been warning, blogging, begging people to notice that they were the victims of a bad and unresponsive system. But the cameras only turn up when it’s too late."

I don't think they are 'Labour' supporters, Boro.

I sense that as well.
Then your antennae must be awry. I've read nothing on here that would suggest anything of the sort, Nothing. There can't be anybody who has seen these events that feels anything but sorrow at the loss of life.

Talking to a civil engineer today, Bluey, and he was of the opinion that the cladding and insulation installed by Kensington and Chelsea Council were done on the basis of energy efficiency, in an attempt to help meet whatever 'green' targets they had been set. They wouldn't have seen them as a cheaper option. Hands-up, I know nothing about planning regs, nothing about how council planning departments operate but on the face of it that sounds eminently reasonable to me.
As regards today's protest at Kensington Town Hall of course you're right, without question you're right. Every red scumbag in the vicinity would have descended on the protest like so many howlin' jackals in the hope of turning an already volatile situation into one of outright violence.Anybody who thinks they were there out of concern for families made homeless or to comfort the bereaved is living in cloud cuckoo-cuckoo land. They were there looking to politicise, to radicalise unfortunate people already in a state of raw, heightened emotion.
Fckin' parasites...
So your not saying they are Labour supporters. What were you getting at with the comment every red scumbag in the vicinity would have descended on the vicinity is red not associated with the Labour party. If I had lost friends or family I would be there and I don't put myself in the ref scumbag category. Your lack of empathy is shocking.
