Swansea's South Korean midfielder Ki Sung-yeung has been ruled out for around two weeks with a toe injury. Captain Leon Britton is fit again after missing the draw at Everton with a calf injury, while Jefferson Montero is also available following a hand problem. Crystal Palace midfielder Joe Ledley has returned to training this week after a knock and could be involved. However, Loic Remy will be out for a further three weeks with a calf injury, and Steve Mandanda remains sidelined.

Two struggling sides under intense scrutiny, both desperate to halt poor runs of form. Spot on. As someone said on another thread, Palace have conceded 9 goals this season from set pieces, and they've got two big strikers. We were crying out for VDH, a lad who can compete physically and who can get on the end of free kicks and corners, not Freddy FFS. We needed a striker from the get go. And bringing Rangel on when we were crying out for Jeff beggars belief.

That was a really entertaining thread. Funny how so many of them tore apart Hennessey for "wrong footing" on that beautiful first goal by Siggy. Especially with the wall blocking his view, that strike was nearly impossible to save.
