If I understand it it is saying:- 1) we don't take enough shots but when we do we have a good conversion rate 2) Defensively we allow team to have less shots, but even when they do we block a lot of them ( or they are off target) So overall a lack of shots by both us and the opposition, but we convert more than them so we are above average - hence our position.
