Then he is a fool. You do not leave your team to survive 84mins with 10 men away from home. Given that Blackburn have been on a poor run of form at home we were almost guaranteed to score at some stage so even if he had scored all it meant was we regrouped and started again.

Happens all over the pitch, no foul for that in centre of the pitch.
It was a very very harsh red and from the ref's view and camera angle I don't even see how he called it a foul. |  |
