Chris, I think he means Monacos ground which was underground or the car park was. That's all I can think of?
Nothing's underground the stadium is on top of the building, Obviously with T2C being a relatively new fan he wouldn't know that of course,Arsene Wenger was also their manager at the time and they had some of the France World Cup winning squad in their team.

*European cup winning squad. France didn't win the world cup until 1998
to the OP - I was 3 at the time so I have no recollection of what happened but, there is a good first hand account in the 'Swansea jacks' hooligan book.

Splitting hairs I know but I thought 1990 sounded a bit recent. I remember sitting in my art class talking about it. Don't remember it being particularly gruesome though.
You weren't there then, it was extremely gruesome ;-)

Aha ! Yes, as Kendall (RIP ) let in the sixth we burst in to the conga, okie cookie etc. Lovely sunny day, oh so drunk.
Bloody Hell, I never realised Mark Kendall had passed away.We were talking about the Monaco trip in the week as my mate was there along with a few Briton ferry boys.He mentioned the Conga so it was fresh in my memory. They all stayed in a caravan park out there and were joined by a trip full of lasses from Darlington.I'll say no more as kids read this board.
