There are a few videos going around Allegedly from the hotel room at the time of the alleged rape.
If the videos are actually true and are of the incident you may understand why the men got off. |

Unfortunately it can be worse than that. 99.9 % of mortgage companies won’t lend if knotweed is by a property. I know someone who sold their house 5 times and it fell through everytime because all the buyers couldn’t borrow the money. They were hoping for a cash buyer but even they won’t buy because of the struggle to sell it on. They have taken it off the market now. |

He got promoted to the welsh prem with Llanelli but signed for havorfordwest to stay in Div 1, he’s very clever. He won’t cut it in the Welsh prem anymore and he knows it. |

Leon has said that he isn’t interested in training full time anymore, he hasn’t got the appetite to get up and go to work every day when he can spend time with his family and take “the kids to school”. You will probably see him sign for a club like Llanelli or havorfordwest soon. |

It’s easy to change but you should do an electrical test on the shower to check it is safe to use. A zs test should be carried out as a minimum. |

He isn’t going anywhere, the Americans want him to stay. The word is that he won’t have a say in what players get signed but he will do the negotiations. They believe that he has a fantastic reputation with other clubs and is good at getting the best deal for players. |

Carl jenkinson for 2 million? That’s about 2 million to much. Terrible player that’s still getting game time off one extremely lucky move to Arsenal. He is no better that what we have. In fact I would rather buy jazz back off Cardiff than have jenkinson here. |

Spot on with that mate.
He has been one of the best players in the championship since coming back from injury. He’s a very good player, with the potential to be a great player. I wouldnt be surprised if he went to a team like palace for 30-35 million when/if they sell zaha |
