Blacks Asians and Oriental people can be wary around dogs but there are quite a few white kids around here who are also wary.
On the other hand, in our local park there are Black and Asian dog owners and I have spoken with one Oriental man who had 2 dogs.
Lets face it, they need to ban dogs because owning one is clearly racist! To hell with the blind, the police sniffer dogs, any helper dog including those in the forces who have saved many lives, they are all racist. It's just too bizarre and ridiculous.
Who decides which areas are to be dog free and how large an area too? Pound to a pinch it'll be areas most popular with dog walkers. |

Besides the obvious that yes, they shouldn't be investigating NON crimes when there atre pletny of crimes they don't investigate.

It's anything goes when money is in the mix.
It's all corrupt. Look at our dealings with the Saudi's who are a hateful bunch, their human rights record is abysmal.
Helping Iran with research....how can any UK university justify that?
The Western military industrial complex helps start wars, they fuel wars then our politicians stand back and say the right things but in the background they are probably benefitting financially from the deals. |

I thought I'd seen the height of stupidity but I was wrong, how much more stupid can they get?
This doesn't promote inclusivity, it doesn't bring the different ethnicities closer together, it drives us further apart. It can only cause ill feeling. We have 2 dogs and we like to think we are responsible owners. If there are people around who are nervous of dogs we keep them on the lead; if there are dog owners whose dogs are running free, we ket ours off.
Banning dogs because it's better for race relations, utter garbage. It's almost as if they are trying to generate bad feeling between whites and non whites? Almost as if they are looking for a race war. This is so barmy even Monty Python wouldn't have writen it.
PS, what about those BAME people who are also dog owners? [Post edited 16 Nov 9:59]

Yeah I've seen a lot of that too. Mediocre people taking credit and moving up. I actually caught an acting manager trying to take credit for something I did once, I called him out on it in front of the senior manager. The senior didn't care though because the acting was a slimy, brown nosing ass and that was what he liked, people who would do whatever he said. |

Business will do whaty is best for business and in a democracy the people should get what they vote for.
You're third paragraph is filled with irony, as well as deriding the English you also AGAIN put the boot into Welsh people too, no one else on this site puts the boot into Welsh people as much as you do.
Ineos got a better offer from France, an offer the Senedd quite probably couldn't match. Ineos took the money and ran just as plenty of other big compoanies have done, like LG. |

What about LG? They promised 6000 jobs and took 200 millions in grants. Then they moaned about competition and moved to China and Poland. That was 2006. They'd created a grand total of 315 jobs. |

I for one would happily make them private citizens, give them a little bit of what they already take from us (Let them keep one of the Duchy;s to fund themselves) and return the rest to the taxpayer.
Everything that they have was taken from us, it should belong to the British people again and the profits go to the treasury. |

What we need is less cheap UHP food and healthy food at a reaasonable price. We could produce less food in reality because so much is thrown away, by householders and by supermarkets.
Again the big problem is corporations, it is the intensive farming that is part of the problem. look at the Wye valley, the river itself, as you said polluted by chicken poo from intensive chicken farms. Run off from pesticides is damaging the rivers and seas too.
That's why all this climate stuff is nonsense, they want to stop us emitting CO2 yet they still allow us to pollute the land, pollute the seas and they fly off in thousands of flights to the COP meetings to have expensive jollies at our expense.
It's all bullshit. the politiucians are treating us like fools. |

The NHS in Wales is devolved so Boris couldn't block a Senedd decision. They couldn't have had 10,000 more beds because they still wouldn't have the staff for them.
