I wonder if Platcheta could be converted into a fullback. He has tremendous speed but very low number of goal involvements. Perhaps moving him back uld g help him contribute more.

He does make the final decision on Mark Harris. He had never heard of him. This is a small trade if It happens and Levien would say " don't bother me with this" .

As they say in the US "you do not buy a dog and bark yourself". Coleman would make this sort of call.

Watson was in limbo for months i recall. All I am saying is there was some turbulence in the decision making with people settling in.

There were no full backs after Latibeaudiere and Manning left. Tymon, Key, Pederson and Ntoe a On were brought in.

New Chairman new Recruitment chief new manager. Last season was bad but Tymon Ronald and Key were good signings
Pederson is a solid pro and versatile. Yates and Ntoe a On are heading out. No news on Kuharevych as usual.

It seems clear to me. Swansea wanted a winger.

They offered good money for Ott. He and his team started playing ducks and drakes and cost him a lucrative move to the English well paying system.

Swansea are not messing about and moved on for Eom Ji Sung in his place. Did the club want two wingers?

Potter messed up as he thought he had a lot of time to change things. It would have been Ok if he had not jumped ship like all the rest have.

His recruitment was diabolical. After that Cooper plundered the academy and made quick fixes with loans, He left no legacy and defaulted on his contract.

The model of up and coming managers is not working as outside the PL they are all using the club as a stepping stone. Martin will not even get SFC to pay his compensation fee.

Cooper with all his England links did not bring in a single prospect of permanent terms as far as I can remember. It was now or never for him.

The academy has no quality to sell now apart for 17 year olds and they will not raise big money. All money avenues have become constricted.

Was not signing Gyorkeres a good decision or a mistake?

The fact is Robbins saw his potential and signed him. Swansea saw his potential and did not.

Just accept it was a bad mistake by Cooper. What was it it the Gyokeres liked at Coventry but did not like at Swansea. Was it " he did not fit the system". Well the system is no good then.

Gyorkeres needed time and the Swansea coaching staff thought Cullen was a better bet. If I was Coleman I would be wondering what he is paying for.

Cullen is the best forward to come out of the Swansea system since Jason Bowen 35 years ago. He is bang average and making no progress and will not head the ball with the goal at is mercy. So what is the problem?

Why is Swansea declining ? The answer is decisions like these. Not developing players who can score.

I do not hate Swansea fans but call out crass stupidity.

a) Failure to sell any shares when £1m per 1% in the PL

b) Taking out a court case and paying lawyers big money to sue the other owners.

c) Singing slurs against Welsh people.

All managers like Cullen of course.

I do not hate at all. I am pointing out Swansea managers are making horrendous mistakes. I just happen to think Cullen is not improving and Harris is. Harris is a better player.

Page picked Cullen over Harris and could not score v Gibraltar and got sacked.

Harris 15 goals in League one excellent movement with pace. Cullen one goal in league 1.

Harris has an upward career trajectory Cullen is flat lining.

Swansea have professional workers a who are specialists. I commented the Gyork and Cullen were not a good pair as neither had pace. Gyorkeres in a his sole start scored a lovely crisp header.

Cooper stated "there is a good player in there". So why did he not play him and try to sign him? I ask questions and try to answer them as well.

I have made the point that he was passing through and long term development was not 'his thing'. Cooper could have stuck around to develop Piroe but was not interested.

It is Mark Robbin;'s thing and Coventry were £20m better off.

Swansea always seem to be in for wingers with Ginelly Patterson and young guns Govea and Parker. On top f that there are two aggressive FB in Key and Tymon.

Talk in the WoL of Ronald being converted into a No 9, which seems a little desperate at this early stage. I expect Wilson to be given a chance this coming season.

West Ham have just signed Fotherham from Sheffield utd to be their no 2 meaning Fabianski will be no 3. He played 10 PL games with one year left on his deal.

West Ham could recover some of his wages by sending on loan with a call back option.

From memory the US players came in January in their off season. It was Keinan Davis Cooper wanted not Piroe who a was already committed to Sparta Rotterdam.

It was the same January Window that saw Viktor G sent back to Brighton and bounced on to Coventry. 'Coops' let it be know he wanted a striker and got the two US internationals one a pacey forward.

I regard it as a very expensive mistake by Cooper. No one likes criticizing managers when there is the 'honey pot' of Yank bashing available.

Having said that I would be unhappy in Bradshaw showed up instead of Longstaffand SCFC pay a feee to Millwall to help them afford it. Yuk.
