QPR v Ride A White Swansea Match Thread

Today he actively ran AWAY from a duel more than once. I've never seen anything like it. I've seen enough, but 4 and a half more years will keep everything light hearted for us won't it.

You try to convince everyone you are intelligent, but this is stupid. You've got players falling like flies due to soft tissue injuries and a squad that's as thin as a piece of paper in about 5 positions, but you wanna trot the same players out there in 60 hours time.

You'd probably convince Nourry you're good enough to be Head of Performance.

Totally agree it's not Morgans fault. He's been given great development minutes due to squad injuries and our marquee summer signing being absolute dog water.

He will benefit from it and has done well in parts, but I think we need to look at why he has had to be relied upon........over to you Christian.

Have you seen what he is dealing with? The squad is terribly unbalanced.

You've got a Right footed centre back playing right back, because the two right backs we signed are dog po**. Therefore meaning JCS has to play Right centre half to accommodate Fox. Now morrison is injured for 'weeks' and Cook is out and we have no cover at left back.

Wonder if we can get another "Kings message" from Nourry.

That message yesterday was as disingenuous as it comes and about as humble as Cristiano Ronaldo after scoring a penalty against the dog and duck Sunday league side.

Good job we spent all of our budget on Nicolas Madsen who is completely useless.

It's never as bad as it seems when we're bad and never as good as it feels when on a good run. But the recruitment in the summer and the continued remote working of the head of performance are still big issues.

Christian is probably reading this, so maybe he will give us scum a few words from the goodness of his heart.

I'd like to know what Anderlecht think of him. The bloke has been working in football for two years maybe and he is dropping in quotes like the Anderlecht one.

We better get used to him because he is going nowhere whilst Hoos is still chairman.

I hope he learns, because right now he is just abit of a pompous tw*t that's been lucky enough to fall into a job where he has complete autonomy to do as he well pleases.

I just don't trust him.

So the bloke that signed Santos and brought Ashby in (Instead of Hayden) and the guy that spent all summer trying to offload the first-choice left back and loaned the only other left back in the squad.

This is the bloke we trust to sign at least 2 new fullbacks (Right and Left) to replace Dunne and Paal.

That fills me with dread.

Every club has this issue. It's not isolated.

Difference is, the fans have been vocal but haven't resorted to protest at any point for a couple of decades at least now. Likely more.

There are people that have seen it all, that are concerned by some of the things going on at the moment.

Someone said it on another thread I think, but should be repeated.

Do you think Amit would hire a 27 year old with no experience in investments to run his portfolio?

Same with Reuben and westport.

The answer is no. We are not a serious football club right now and we have someone with no experience running not just the footballing department but the WHOLE club with absolutely no one to hold him to account.

I am sorry, but that's just the definition of madness.

I appreciate you're trying to be subjective. But even in this reply there are some massive red flags.

It's about standards. What message does having the head of performance working remotely from Dubai send to the rest of the employees of the club? That's just one red flag.

Imagine the growth if we had real and proper championship experience around them. It's what we don't have that's more the issue and the fact we spent a chunk of our transfer budget on two players that have zero experience in this division.

You also can't build a team in 4 windows if you blow a bunch of money at two duds in the very first window. It sets you back down the line.

Exactly the point I was making. The fanbase is not organised and potentially people are not aware of what's going on behind the scenes.

Either that or they don't care or can be bothered.

The fanbase has been driven to complete apathy by these owners.

We've moved the ball fine. We have created more than enough, in enough games to win enough games to be around 16th ish. We created some great shooting opportunities and great openings on Saturday.

Individual errors and missing high xG chances are the two reasons we are where we are. But that's the cause.

The symptoms is that the squad that's been put together doesn't have the depth or quality required to compete and now we have injuries on top of that which has highlighted the issue even more.

I've missed 2 games all season.

No one ever suggested leaflets. The whole point of the thread was to discuss the serious issue of the child in charge of the club and the owners and what we can do as fans to try and mitigate what would be a disastrous decision to sack this manager and let Nourry continue in his role.

It's worked as people are starting to see the issue and fanbase are united behind marti.

What is clear however, is that our fanbase is not organised or equipped to organise any kind of protest, meetings with the club. QPR 1st are not the force they were, people that could have a say don't want to as it could affect their professional careers and we are just in a different era now with youtube, podcasts etc. Fan organisations such as the LSA are (respectfully) abit older now as well.

I think a good start would be getting the loft flag lads to get the Marti Exceptional flag to Cardiff with someone and show it as the players come out.

Time is short.

If you bring a foreign striker in, you have to bring them into a decent situation. We are not a coun in a decent situation with the squad around him to allow him to thrive and develop in this league.

If Middlesbrough had signed him, he'd have 4 or 5 goals by now.
