During my league days pre season training was a beasting for about 4 weeks before 'friendlies' 🙄 no matter how fit I was after pre season I was blowing out my arse after 10.
What i am saying is no matter how fit you are it only preps you so far when it comes to games, you get match fit by actually playing matches, the more you play, the more match fit you get. |

Great assessment, the problem lies as you say with our squad depth, until we get another 2/3 decent championship level players or the likes of parker, govea and wilson step up it will be the same every game. |

I can't believe what you, a great poster, are coming out with WR.
I think you are talking bollocks and I am saying this because my preston born son, who has watched us since he was 3, is a true Jack, he has followed us for almost 15 years, I say this because he absolutely loves the swans, he has never ever wavered towards another team, imo he loves us so much because of me, I am a true Jack who has supported his home team, even though I left swansea 37 years ago at 18, I tell him the stories of the vetch and especially the north bank, the stories of even when we were sh!t that the atmosphere at vetch was unbelievable, if you still don't think he's a true Jack just ask all the Jack mates I've got, they all know how much he loves the swans and if I went tomorrow he would still go and watch us. |
