With Skyfall now on tv, and that happens to be my favourite, wondering what the good people on here have as theirs?
Closely followed by Live and Let Die.

Never seen the attraction of these films to be honest.

Although i did end up watching one last year which i enjoyed.

I didn't enjoy it enough to remember the name though.

I want a mate like Flashberryjacks, who wears a Barnsley jersey with "Swans are my second team" on the back.

If you've seen one Bond film you've seen them all...

Bond goes after baddie

Bond goes on high speed car chase

Bond almost gets sliced in two by a lazer

Bond defeats said baddie

Bond knobs leading lady as sun sets

The End.

Next Bond film Copy and Paste 👍🏻

You might think I've forgotten, but one day, when you least expect it, my time will come.

Books are much better, especially "From Russia With Love".

Got to be Live and Let Die for me I used to go out with the Bond Girl in that one.
I took her to a Cheap Trick gig and never saw her again. 😢

Apparently there are only 7 different types of story anyway so they are all copy and paste. Any genre of film has a well worn formula, something different is hard to come by.

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?

Skyfall and OHMSS are epic, but no one does it like Connery, so I do love a You Only Live Twice, Thunderball or From Russia With Love me!

I like them all to be honest, but the worst, by far, has to be Die Another Day, where Bond does this:-

I can't see why they can't tweak something though.

What if Bond looses a finger in the lazer scene?

Or maybe the girl gives him a slap when he goes in for the kill instead of her bikini always falling off 🤔

Just mix it up a little like 👍

Until the modern Bonds the films were fairly tongue in cheek though, specially Moore. It's only with Daniel Craig that it takes itself much more seriously. I remember watching Bond in the Cinema (the old Odeon) and hearing howls of laughter, Moore freqiently said he played it for laughs.
Moore was my favourite, Live and Let Die probably my favourite film.

PS Darr, Jane Seymour was/is total class, absolutely beautiful too.

Craig has no warmth or personality, I find him quite unlikeable as Bond.
They broke the mould with Connery .

Even at the age of 16 the sexism made me cringe.

Ultra cool, arrogant, smarmy, indestructible Englishman abroad, defeating Johnny Foreigner at every turn...nah, not for me.

Wa*nk-land for fantasists and the over-bearingly patriotic.

And Fleming appears (and note, I say "appears") to have been a deeply privileged, elitist prick.

On Her Majesty’s Secret Service is my favourite. It’s a great story, great baddie and even though he was rubbished at the time, I don’t think Lazenby was that bad, anyone coming after Sean Connery was on a hiding to nothing.

You Only Live Twice and Live and Let Die are next, not to keen on the modern stuff to be honest.
