Fingers crossed we can keep a hold of this guy in the Summer. Invaluable at this point and worth his wages.

How many headers did he score under Bradley? The difference is Clement isn't a massive lemon and could see that putting crosses into the box for one of the best headers in the league might lead to goals.

Got to be worried about PC as well. 5 wins in the PL out of 8. Hell of a record.

Will be mentioned when every big club has a vacancy.

Hopefully the Derby sacking has made him more cautious.

I slagged him off to high heaven the first few months but what a turnaround. He's showing form of a man in his prime.

And he's also the best header of the ball we've had since...........Steve Torpey?

It's actually fookin weird that some thought this guy was sh1t !!

Like any striker he needs service, feed him the right ball and he will score was superb today, top class centre forward play from a guy that has won everything in football, that's what I like about him the most, he's won everything yet is buying into the swans and what we need

Top professional right there. If he gets a big move in the summer then good for him but IMO he may fancy playing every week at a club where he can make a difference.

Superb today.

He was always superb Ice. Just about to settle in then, despite a poor and late window, we sack the manager who is blooding him in and bring in a complete numpty.
Against this background he has always been on the scoresheet.
Clem described him tonight as 'one of the best strikers in Europe' and I tend to agree.

Fair play to Clement .hes changed us into a team that feed the beast that is Llorente in a few short weeks.
Question is if we lose him in summer or he gets injured do we look for a ready made replacement (ala Carol/crouch) or do we change tactics to play to ajew or baston's strengths.

I love our new attacking formation of getting crosses in and much more byline activity - I would hate to lose that. Not sure Jordan or Borja would suit being the main I man in that setup though

No. He WAS shyte.

Some thought

Question is

Why do posters like blaze turn snotty when we ve won

It's called trying to get up to speed in a team that sucks. Llorente's been absolutely fine since end Nov/early December. He was putting in plenty of work off the ball before then too. But he'll never be a Vardy-style whippet.

Llorente on 18:43 - Mar 4 with 2088 viewsdailew

Her'es someone who fits the bill as a replacement. Can bury those headers when given good service.

Was he brought in to back up Baston or just taken his chance and become undroppable? Obviously, he'll be a legend in Baston's eyes with what he achieved for club and country so maybe Baston hasn't the confidence or balls to think he's the superior player to Llorente.

Pricetags aside it's Llorente that looks like the 15m pound player we forked out on and Baston another Schecter or Vasquez.

With all due respect Steve , ivecseen so many embarrassing posts from so many on here I could fill several volumes .

Now , open a bottle of something nice and reflect on what an arse you can make of yourself.

The poster who mentioned Nov Dec is correct

Anyway, where s Chris the Res when you need him

Care to make a decent reply on why posters insult on here after we win, even Blaze has caught the virus.

I've always loved Llorente.

Just class when he gets the service.

He also seems like a top bloke. Bit of a fatherly figure in training videos etc.

Something that seems to get picked up by me also, seems a top bloke and using his experience around the place cant be a bad thing.

With him,Claude, clement and the likes of Britton,Rangel,Routs and siggy around the place we suddenly seem to have a nice mix of top quality people with fresh experiences and ideas.

Considering all hes done in his career it's nice to notice he seems like a top professional on and off the pitch, the Spanish players have more often than not always been class here in fairness.

He wasn't anywhere near fit. Now he is. In a good team. Hell of a player, have to keep him for the next few years.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Ooooof. Well done Fer for showing strength in the build up too. My two favourite goals this season have been Llorente headers from crosses by Carroll. Pure football porn!

He is a top bloke. He's a regular in my mates restaurant recently and loves his chorizo and potato soup.My mate can't speak highly enough of him.Very pleasant chap. You've only got tosee him on the training pitch too where he seems to be a bit of a joker with the boys. Not in the league of Canas but a bit of a character.

Andy Caroll maybe, or Bony when he was playing for us.

He's sensational with the right service. I think there's going to be a trend towards having a guy like him in your squad in addition to a load of cute, nimble no.10s., so I think it'll be a job to keep him over the summer.
