Riverside 10:21 - Aug 24 with 2123 views

The service is now nothing short of a disgrace. Got in there just before half time and got served as the 2nd half kicked off. All the promises they made in relation to better service and pulling pints in readiness for half time were a load of rubbish. At the end of the day its costing the club money im done with the place.

If you don't get in there at least five minutes before half time you aren't getting a half time pint. It's a shambles.

Yesterday was probably the worst ive seen it in there the service was a joke. Even the lad behind the bar said he couldnt see why they werent pulling pints ready for half time.

Didnt the trust have a meeting with the management down there last season, that was a complete waste of time by the looks of it. ,
