Adel starting for Milan v Atletico Madrid on 09:05 - Feb 20 by Pommyhoop
Exactly .. The Mantra has changed from the downright history changing 'He was'nt that good.He was just trix an flix ,he failed in the Prem. To 'He doesnt want to play for us.' Who can f'cking blame him. He was driven out of QPR by a clueless ,vindictive old Spurs c'nt..
All I can do is echo Pommyhoops fair words : "Fair play to you Sir. Spoken like a true QPR Fan but most of all spoken like a lover of good football and someone who recognises genius when he sees it."
Whereas we have to feast on the delights of Jenas, O'Neill, SW phoookin P, Henry, Benoit Assou Ecock2, and the rest of 'Arry's tryffyck mates from Spuds U Don't Like.
BTW - If you look at BAE's Facebook postings, it's all about Come On You Spurs, phoook hall about the club he's supposed to be busting a gut for on loan - (not)

You believe H too much. Take a look at my avatar. He's a liar ,speaks with forked tounge ,bullshitter of the highest degree..
Every time he is asked about Adel, Redknapp says stuff like amazing talent , fantastic skills etc and then makes guarded comments about his off field stuff
There is something else away from football that is putting these managers off
.Maybe its gambling I dont know , but Ale Faurlin tweeted when Adel went to Milan " I hope he can sort out his issues .
Maybe being away from London will do him good.

Cheers dodgy knees. Echo these words. SWP needs some game time. He can at least do a job replacing Junior when he's not performing..
Tin hat firmly on and lying prostrate in slit trench..
Well I will bet you some cash , I was out of my seat every time he scored . You could see within 5 minutes whether the opposition could cope with him or not and if they couldnt ... we won .
That was in a winning confident team in the Championship . His best performances in the Prem came when confidence was high and we were winning .
When the opposition is better than his team he is ineffectual and a liability so managers under pressure cant trust him and dont pick him .
I cant find one report on the game last night saying he played well apart from the two crosses.
It will be interesting to see if Seedorf sticks with him if they lose a few and he comes under pressure.

As good a player as he is there is no doubt he has issues and Redknapp had strong reasons to get rid of him last summer and not take him back in January. I don't agree with them but then again I don't have to manage Adel every day. This move is perfect for him, a real chance to prove himself at the top level and an opportunity I didn't think he'd ever get.

Brilliant save!
Yep, bloody Chelsea player as well. Hardly seems how they have two world class goalkeepers in Cech who is only 31 and Courtois who is only 21 and playing in the Champions League! b@stards

Damn you Dave B. The voice of reason yet again. Cant you let us have some fun before you hose down the fires with your wise words??
He is only effective when he has the ball , he tracked back and marked so few times we can actually remember which matches they were.
His whole USP is about running the game .
Gary O Neill has a fraction of Adels talent , but If we played City in the cup O Neill would play at 100% for the whole game and do what the manager asked of him . I not sure you can say the same for Adel .
Of course he may win the game through a bit of genius .... there is the gamble .

The same Gary O'Neil that has been found wanting so much this season that even 'Arry has started subbing him before the hour mark on numerous occasions and has now dropped him?
I would take Adel every day of the week over him and all our other players purely on his match winning ability.
Sexy Asian dwarves wanted.

I agree - starting with playing on loan for Charlton this week end. Guaranteed 3 points for the hoops if that happens.
Seriously, the little useless phuckwit should not be able to pick and choose where he plays, ship him out on loan to any part time team in the Elastoplast tin pot league and let him run around there.

Problem with Adel is although he has alot of talent, the premier league does not suit him and he fails to adapt to the tempo and level of the Premier league. I believe he will do well in Italy as the game out there suits his style, as for last night yes he produced a few tricks but it got Milan nowhere

Actually, I always felt that Adel tended to have his best games against the best teams. When we really needed him, he was the one who stepped up. Cardiff were better than us at their place in the Champ, and by a long way, but he scored 2 out of nothing to save us. When the team was freezing a bit v Watford a few weeks later, he scored the crucial goal. He scored a blinder at home to Cardiff as well to win the game in an extremely tight match.
Then there were his match-winning turns v Spurs and Arsenal under Hughes. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe those 2 sides were significantly better than us. And then there's Chelsea away, as a lone striker, playing one of the finest games I've seen from a QPR player - this was at a time where our team was hardly 'full of confidence'. He was incredible. Agreed, he was then poor at home v Man U. So Redknapp dropped him. Brilliant, brilliant management there, from the man-management genius.
I'll email a few reporters and ask them to make specific mention in every Milan report whether he played well or not in the future.
sorry Essex, can't agree with anything you've written there!
Clive & Pommy - superb, brave posts in here. And spot on, too.
Bare bones.

Ha! The analysis of QPR fan's is that the benefits of having Gary O'Neil, with or without an injured knee outweighs those of watching Adel Taarabt play for the Club. Furthermore, those benefits are verified and validated by Harry Redknapp, an experienced Football Manager who has been relegated more than he's been promoted and won an FA Cup in a thirty year career and is struggling to get a Premiership/international squad of players out of the Championship. Gary O'Neil, Good! ......Adel Taarabt!, Bad!.....Oh Yeh! 'Cos Harry Redknapp said so, the week he introduces Ravel Morrison on loan to include the play off final!

First paragraph refers to the Championship . Sort of proves my point
You dont agree that confidence was high and we were winning at the time of the Spurs and Arsenal games ? We had just come back to beat Liverpool ..
If he played well why wouldnt a British jounalist report it ? .
Posting to big up Adel is only brave if you think he might just let you down

I didnt draw the comparison with O Neill .
Although he has played 180 times in the Premier League so he must have or had something .

doesn't prove your point at all. what point? We'd just beaten Liverpool, you say? Yes, a game where we were appalling for 78 minutes, and there followed a 3-1 mauling at those giants of football, Sunderland. Then we played Arsenal. Yes, I'm sure the confidence was *flowing* ahead of that game. That Liverpool win was our first in eight. Well done for ignoring the Chelsea game, though. If you read any football report, it's unlikely they'll take time out to specifically mention a player, unless they've been particularly outstanding. That's just a facile argument that doesn't really prove anything. General consensus from people who watched it seemed to be he played well. Hardly the 'liability' his detractors constantly drone on about.
Bare bones.
