Certainly wouldn't surprise me if part of it was trying Dunne back at centre back, Colback at left back, Field for a spell at CB, Lloyd as CF and Santos up front and RB. Just to test the versatility of the players as we reach the busy autumn and winter months and injuries hit. Going to need a few of the squad to be versatile I think |

The club is being run, at least on the playing side, the way I would want it to be run. Using smart recruitment to pick up bargains on the continent to fit a specific style across the club and with an eye to the future and re-sell value so we can progress. The same as other clubs in our division and above who have made a success. Whether Nourry is making a success of that is of course another story and will be judged in years to come. But for now, its the right approach and thats good enough for me. |

11 goals in almost 6 years for Gayle, that ship has long since sailed. Honestly far better using younger players we already own rather than adding a pointless wage like that. A signing that would be miles away from the model the club are working on |

It wouldn't surprise me if there is a 'first team' behind closed doors fixture sometime this week or the weekend, I think MC has done this before in the breaks. Just to get some more playing time together, would imagine both would feature (assuming Bennie isn't off playing for the Aussie kids against the likes of Kiribati and Micronesia or whoever and Kolli isn't with the Algerian youth teams).
Hope there is a stream today, Hull have come good with that before. |

Has a habit of being really quick off his line and making himself really big. Showed this a bit in pre season and again today. Really catches out strikers at this level |

Needs some proper respect on his name after that performance. Its 2 things for me, firstly his movement, he knows where he needs to be on the pitch. Secondly the way he uses his body, he knows how to dominate centre backs. A proper number 9 |
