Look at the difference in the way Hull defend compared to QPR. Everytime they get in our box were practically waving them through. When were in theirs, they're throwing bodies in the way.

Our defensive work if you can describe it as that, is actually terrifying. I haven't seen QPR this inept at the back since Stewart, Rehman and John Curtis having a go.

I stopped 7 September and want to go until at least the start of the Rugby Autumn Nations. Also cut out Coke Zero which I used to drink quite often during the week. Now just have water and the odd tea and coffee.

Definitely noticed improved sleep, some really strange dreams in the first couple of weeks.
