And he is still at it. Heard him on Talk sport this morning. Yesterday claiming how he couldn't go to watch Fulham - Sunderland cos of his knee but stating he'll go to Bournemouth to pass the time and was at Liverpool - Chelsea only a week ago (His knee wasn't a problem last week then). Truly staggering how some of the press believe his sh1t! Anyone see the Adrian Durham column on the mail online yesterday blaming the players and not the manager for the defeat at Stoke. It must have been posted hours before he left so made Durham look a complete fool once again. |
| News Comment | Jekyll and Hyde QPR limp to another away loss — report at 12:58:29
Great report as ever. as mentioned we started well and Everton were poor. The crowd was unbelievably quiet and it was in this first half hour that we had to take the game to them. It was inevitable that Everton would improve so once again we let opportunities pass us by. The players need to believe in their ability more and instead of wild shots at goal take the extra pass and try and commit their defenders as the crowd were extremely nervous and it was affecting their play. we are playing so far below our best in away games and this is the biggest frustration. The formation last night is the way to go in away games but take out Phillips for Austin and Barton for Henry. I'd still persist with Hoilett as he needs games and although his end product was poor he did start the game well but like the rest accepted defeat too easily. |
| News Comment | McCleary’s rocket helps Reading slay ragged Rangers — report at 13:33:58
Good report and pretty much on the money. Totally agree HR needs to find a formation that works as playing Kranjcar in a 2 in the middle is a complete waste. Better off with Henry. Hoilett is disappointing but is our only real hope and we need to build him up again as we have no other options and we are poorer without him. We now have to accommodate Morrison who potentially can put our season back on track but if HR is not able to realise that Kranjcar is not a CM then will he know what to do with Morrison. Right back is a problem and I'd consider switching BAE as I do find full backs concentrate more playing on the opposite side and then put Traore at left back. Nedum is a must and has to play Sat. We need to start controlling games again so 5 in the middle is also a must with Hoilett/Kranjcar/Morrison rotating positions ahead of 2 holding. Doyle up top. Who knows what HR will do though.... |
| News Comment | Pulis remains the man with the plan — opposition focus at 09:02:42
Totally agree with the Diakite/Faurlin/Granero 3. Been crying out for this for weeks and should give us greater possession which can frustrate Stoke and the home fans. Be surprised if he does this though. |
| News Comment | Bosingwa signs for three years, but is he what QPR need? at 08:53:41
For me it's a good signing and more importantly Onouha can now challenge for the central role and just be cover for right back. The team needs time to settle down and Saturday shows them how far they need to go. I still feel he will sign another central midfielder and possibly a centre half or a player like M'Bia who can do both. From the comments so far, surprised you don't like Hughes, not sure what level of manager you'd expect us to get. As for Dyer, forget about him, it's been said he must have had some sort of clause for another year and he will hardly feature and then be gone next summer. I believe the team will take shape and once again it it a season of progression and staying in the league whilst we keep improving the club. |
