I think child allowance as we know it is a uniquely British payment. Other countries have allowances and tax reliefs | | | |

The junta here give €200 per child for one parent families up to the age of 18.
Otherwise it’s €120 a month for kids up to 3.
Diminishing to €60 for up to 18.
I will add that applies to foreigners as long as they have legal residency and their immigration status is approved.
The current socialist govt don’t have a liking for foreigners who try and dodge the system, they can go to jail or be deported. With the opposition becoming more and more right wing (Vox) you can be guaranteed they will scrap it in time for anyone not Spanish.
