Good to see him really on the offensive, having a proper go at the tories.

I know some will disagree but for me he should have been doing it for months, in politics, why not kick the oppo when they are down?

In his own words "what is the point of a party that is out of touch, oit of ideas and nearly out of road"

The right to vote in the Israeli elections is reserved for Israeli citizens who are 18 years or older and whose name is registered in the voters’ registry. People whose legal status at the time of the elections is only that of a permanent resident do not have the right to vote. Likewise, Israeli citizens staying abroad will not be able to vote, aside from the exceptional cases of civil servants and their families, who can vote in Israeli embassies and consulates abroad.

64% of those under Israeli rule can vote, therefore 36% cant

Of those 34%, how many are Israeli citizens over the age of 18?

But they are not communist, they are their totalitarian gangsters.

Is this one of those "True Communism has never been tried" type posts?

People want to be rich. They want their children to be wealthier and more comfortable than they were. That's a reality that has existed for as long as human civilisation. Any political philosophy that denies it is doomed to failure and can only be maintained by bloodshed.

Communism in a nutshell.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

There are about 2 million Palestinian Arabs who can vote. In places like Lod and Haifa mixed communities live quite happily together. There are Palestinian Arab policemen, soldiers, doctors, judges and MPs.
In Jerusalem there are Palestinian Arabs who do not vote as they opted not to take up citizenship. In my teens I worked on a kibbutz near Gaza, we used to take a truck of fruit and veg into Gaza for the market. The border was single guard who simply waived us all through. Many thousands of people filed in and out quite happily each day. We used to stop at the bus stop on the way home and let anyone on the flat bed truck who wanted a lift regardless of who they were and we'd drop them off at the bus station in Ashkelon before buying supplies for the kibbutz.
Then the politicians got involved.............

Nope, I was merely pointing out that the so called communist or socialist leaders were nothing of the sort and all they were was totalitarian gangsters.

I don’t disagree with your comments about people wanting their kids to be better than them.

They weren't "so called" though. They were actual Communist leaders, delivering the same kind of societies that Communism always has. That Communism always will do because of the nature of the philosophy compared to basic human programming.

To get to those kind of figures you'd have to include the West Bank and Gaza that are administered by palestinian governments and where no election has been allowed by the Palestian Authority since 2006.

They may be administered by Pali authorities, but they are run by Israel which controls almost every aspect of their lives

I'm sure Hamas would be pleased to organise elections to the country their covenant says must be destroyed which is populated by 7 Million people they want to obliterate. They wont even allow elections in their own jurisdiction!

The destruction of Israel isn’t in their charter, it hasn’t been for a while., however they are doing their best to destroy Gazan civilians

The latest charter does not recognise Israel existence. I'm sure that the reliable news media would have reported such a change.

Well unless they have changed it again recently, since 2017,

Palestine is a land that was seized by a racist, anti-human and colonial Zionist project that was founded on a false promise (the Balfour Declaration), on recognition of a usurping entity and on imposing a fait accompli by force.

Palestine symbolises the resistance that shall continue until liberation is accomplished, until the return is fulfilled and until a fully sovereign state is established with Jerusalem as its capital.

There is more in the full charter and it basically says they want the Israeli's out!

It isn't in their charter, unlike Israel who are actively trying to remove all Palestinians. They won't succeed thankfully as they will eventually lose this war

You forget to mention that Egypt invaded and seized the gazza strip and Jordan invaded the West Bank. Both these events happen in 1947 after the United Nations Nations mandate that set up areas for the Palistinians and Israel states.

Shame on them for resisting an occupation force. Glad the French and Dutch resistance didn't do that
