Wise website editor said a week ago, however bad you think Ramsey is, might be better the devil you know. Week later we have 66 year old Neil Warnock overseeing things with Kevin fcking Blackwell.
Not saying it's a good appointment, but Ramsey will have done most of the coaching. NW doesn't really do that. So if he's going to be intermming for a bit, he did need to get someone in.

Cant see what's find so wrong at least he made it clear to the players what they weren't doing and what they need to do , under Ramsey the didn't seem to have a clue what to do except hoof the ball
If this was happening at any other club it would be absolutely hilarious. Warnock and Kevin Blackwell, Jesus, I've been espousing the issues of having a past it semi-retired 70 year old in charge and the potential that he may not quite have his finger on the pulse of the direction that modern football is moving in, but Kevin f**king Blackwell!! WOW!!
It brings to mind an article I read in The Guardian a few years ago when a successful Australian coach/manager who was making a name for himself in the A League by playing innovative, attacking, passing football was talking about being interviewed for the managers job at Sheffield United by the director of football a certain Mr Dave Bassett. The horrified coach had been trying to explain his footballing philosophy and Bassett kept interrupting and talking about 'keeping it tight', 'set pieces' and 'hitting the channels'. Needless to say he had no interest in taking the job. I can remember keeping an eye on Sheffield's progress that season, it wasn't good.

Are you talking about Blackwell (in the Kevin Blackwell thread)? Cos if so he's only started today.
Are you talking about Neil Warnock, who's had one game so far in which we didn't manage a shot on target at home to Preston?
