My youngest booked Burton tickets yesterday, for us 4 members. He was charged full adult price £15 for all 4 tickets, when he tried to explain his brother is 19 and he is 16. They should have been charged just £13 (17 - 22 age) and £5 (16 and under) . The operator just kept saying as we are all QPR "Adult" Members so have to pay adult prices for tickets.
Sent an email this morning to box office when tickets came, queried the price and within 2 hours got a reply saying they were sorry about their mistake, and they will do a refund for the difference.
