Rhys Returns! Saturday, 28th Jan 2023 13:57 by Chaff We don't normally announce signings on a Saturday but today is different as a former Dale defender made his return.
Dale have brought back defender Rhys Bennett on a deal until the end of the season.
The 31-year-old has been unattached since being released by Morecambe in the summer.
Bennett played for Rochdale between 2012 and 2016 and made 128 appearances in all competitions, scoring 7 goals in that time.
Since leaving Rochdale, he's had spells at Mansfield, Peterborough, Carlisle, Gillingham and Morecambe and has made 375 appearances over his career.
Welcome back Rhys!!

This is great news, I am a big fan of his and I look forward to attending his matches. I'm a student and unfortunately can't devote much time to hobbies, but I'm lucky that I found this site https://writemyessaytoday.us/ where write my essay for me. And thanks to this, I have more free time for my favorite pastime.

Great analysis of the match! It’s always tough to see a team struggle, but there are definitely positives to take away. Looking forward to seeing how the players bounce back in the next game. Let’s keep supporting the lads! https://ava-exchange.com/

Six games in just four weeks, with four of them against sides also in the bottom six. By March we should be either well clear of danger, or even deeper in the sh*t. With Danny Cowley’s U’s still unbeaten, and looking stronger game on game, I’m sure it’ll be the former, but first we have to do our bit to consign Steve ‘Sour Grapes’ Cotterill’s FGR back to non-league. After our shambolic 5-0 defeat at New Lawn, nothing would give me greater pleasure, even if it meant losing one of my closest awaydays in the process. What’s the excuse going to be today Steve – shocking pitch, faking head injuries, Mexican banditry or some other bit of sour-grapery bullsh*t? Salford City Polls |
