If Silverstein has played a part in the change, will he now be allowed to speak again - to the fans?

I don't think Jenkins would have appointed Bradley.
It was down to the major owners at the time.

I remember some former board members being very unhappy with the appointment at the time.

Excuse me.
Daniel James to Leeds in January 2019..... Have you watched All Or Nothing? We should be grateful to Huw Jenkins. His final act.
Swansea did not come out of that saga at well but least Huw turned his phone off around 11pm on deadline day.

The Trust have sent an email commenting about the potential takeover.

At least it seems they have been included this time around coversations.

Quite telling that in the Coleman statement this evening on the official site - there is no thank you to Jason and Steve from Andy.

what are your thoughts on the Coleman quote - the club needs to move own from the previous owners.

Quite unbelievable....?

I see Kaplan and Levien would receive a bonus if we win promotion/stay up according to the article.

What does Coleman mean by "needing to move on from the previous owners"? I thought they were all friends?

Lets see if the new executive group can get Cabango and Darling sorted as soon as possible. It would be a strong statement for the fans if they could achieve this.

I wish Andy and his team all the very best. I really hope they can turn things around and the first thing they need to do is appoint an experienced football executive to run the club / sporting director etc to support Luke. Someone who knows the EFL.

google Swansea Trust and Patti Pavillion.
If you are a newer fan (supported us since 2011) then you should read up on it and understand that no trust & Mel Nurse = no club today.

that relates to 2015 - the first interest from the US.
Not the current owners.

please show some respect to the Trust.
I am not sure if you know about the clubs history but the Trust played a major role in 2001 and 2002. If you are a newer fan from the last few years then you should take the time to research what the fans did in the dark days of Tony Petty.

And I would advise listening to Kaplan and Jason at the Trust form from 2017. They explain the situation very well about the deal in 2016 and what they were told to do. It is staggering what they say at a public forum which was being recorded at the time.

Please don't rely on what you read from WalesOnline as your only source.

Don’t mention Gyökeres
at 19:50 7 Nov 2024

please be honest - did you ever watch Gyokeres play for Swansea while he was on loan? Who did you see him play against and what did he do well and what did he do badly?

I once saw Frank Lampard Jnr play for Swansea at Wrexham in 1995. He didn't play that well that day but I don't blame Bobby Smith or Doug Sharpe for not signing one of the best midfielders in the last 30 years.

If there is a sale - lets hope the Trust are treated with respect this time.

this will all depend on whether the executive board can match the ambitions of Luke.
