Tyler Morse looks set to take on a more prominent role
at 14:30 14 Nov 2024

Sources across the pond have indicated to WalesOnline that American property tycoon Tyler Morse could well be among them.

Morse, the founder of MCR Hotels, already holds a small shareholding in the club, and his stake is set to be increased as part of the new takeover. The exact value of his potential share isn't yet known, but one source has told WalesOnline that he is expected to take a more hands-on role, and could even be handed a position on the board of directors.

The hotelier recently made headlines for striking a £275m deal to buy the BT Tower in London, which he plans to turn into an 'iconic hotel'. His current portfolio consists around 150 hotels around the world, an estimated worth of £3.9 billion.

We had chances to score but didn't take them. We have to look at ourselves.

The Kaplan and Levien ownership has been a disaster for the Swans.

Ticket sales v Watford
at 11:23 5 Nov 2024

Obviously its bonfire night so I understand why the crowd would be low. However, on a general note I know lots of people who do not bother attending games. Main reasons:

1. The football is rubbish especially under Martin, Duff and Williams.
2. There is a disconnect between the owners and the fans.
3. Good players not being replaced. Too many poor players. The recruitment issue has been big factor for a number of seasons.

Has there been offers to purchase the club? Is he refusing to sell?

The recruitment team and the owners are to blame. Not Williams. This club has slowly declined since relegation from the Premier League. Eventually we will end up in League One unless something changes.

If Williams isn't to blame, which I agree with, why is there a poll asking fans if they want him in or out? There should be a poll asking fans if they want the American owners in or out.

The recruitment team must share some of the responsibility. Certain signings such as Bianchini, Peart Harris Myles, and Vipotnik have not worked out so far. Why the club didn't sign two strikers in the summer will remain a mystery. Also, why have the club allowed three first team players to enter their contract with less than 12 months remaining?

There should be a poll for the American owners. They are the problem, not the manager.

Advertisements on the big screen

This has been happening for a while and maybe I am over reacting. Does anybody else think it is disrespectful to show advertisements on the big when showing a picture of a former player who has passed away?

Aaron Connolly available on a free. Would be an okay signing to cover up front.

Dodged a bullet there. Many Birmingham fans call him lazy by not tracking back.

He was anonymous tonight. He was ineffective last Sunday. I hope he isn't worse than the Ukrainian striker we let go.

None of the new signings did themselves any favours tonight. I thought they were all poor. Then again, so were the rest of the team. Absolutely shocking performance.
