Clint hill on 01:04 - Apr 12 with 1065 views | HollowayRanger | just shows what a strong will he has, must have thought his QPR career was over when shown the door and then when hughes went and bought two more defenders and yet he's earned his place on merit taken on the best in the prem, hope he faces drogba that be a battle just pray he gets a new contract as he deserves it

Clint hill on 01:22 - Apr 12 with 1036 views | Neil_SI | Loaning Hill out was Warnock's most naive decision and the most surprising thing he did in his time here, simply because it was so stupid with him being part of the 25 man squad. I don't really recall a poor performance from Hill this season, he's always dependable and he was first class again here. The block he made in the first half was sensational and at a critical point with the game being 0-0, but he got in some crucial clearances with his head too. | | | | Login to get fewer ads
Clint hill on 01:23 - Apr 12 with 1036 views | IFeelAsleep | Realistically he has a season and a bit in him playing wise for us, what with him being a couple of months older than myself. That said I would love him to stay on after that. He reminds me of Bircham and Wardley in his attitude and is a massive, massive credit to the club.
Clint hill on 03:19 - Apr 12 with 990 views | ade_qpr | his struggles with Sturridge in the league game and bullshit pen in the cup, plus red v Bolton aside as the neg's. The man is as Neil stated dependable and consistent you know what you are going to get with him. The move to CB and the partnership with Anton is helping to go a long way to keeping us up. Notice over the last 2 or so months 2 goals is all we have conceded in any game thus our GD is improving compared to ours around us ( positive results as well ) but is worth a extra point to us. Thought he may even be given the capt's arm band with Derry out. ( full credit to JB he stood up to be counted ) Regardless of division next year would still resign him.

My mom for reasons you state and that headed clearance. Vital part in winning

| I know almost nothing about the Premier League even though I try to catch the big games every now and then at the end of the season. But I will say this, Queens Park Rangers is just a fukking sick ass team name. Just sounds so cool. |

Clint hill on 09:28 - Apr 12 with 806 views | N12Hoop | Was being exposed at left back by pacy wingers, but at centre back that is less of an issue. What surprises me is that when we were having a defensive crisis late on last season with Connelly having his meltdown and Gorkss also losing losng form, Warnock never put his most trusted lieutenant into the CB position. He has been an absolute revelation and to think he'd been sent off to Forest on his way to a free transfer somewhere is amazing. Not only is he playing so well, he is an outstanding leader and it's no surprise that the attitude of the players seems a lot better with him and Derry on the pitch.

Clint hill on 09:41 - Apr 12 with 774 views | IrishR | Its funny when I mention my love of Clint to non QPR supporting mates. They are like? Clint Hill are u serious? he's shit etc etc. He has hardly had a notable career ill give them that but he is playing immense at the moment and ever since he joined us. To be honest none of us were expecting much from him when he signed expect a solid left back for the championship and we doubted him when in the prem too but!!!! He is a leader on and off the pitch, a grafter and puts his body on the line when others might turn away. Positionally very good and makes it very tough for strikers he comes up against, if only he was early 20's. When sinclair had that chance against him in the first half i thought damn this is it, sinclair spins and scores from 6 yards but i shouldnt of doubted CH it was a great piece of defending and for me as important as a goal given the period of the match it was in. Take a bow son.
Clint hill on 10:02 - Apr 12 with 736 views | johnswiltsqpr | Clint was my MOM too thought his block from Sinclair and also the headed clearance from almost under the bar was immense. He has come on so much as a CB and IMHO has done enough to earn another year with us whatever league we are in next year. He looks a real role model too and should/could help with the youths/acadamey
Clint hill on 10:44 - Apr 12 with 694 views | WestbourneR | I love that man. If he'd been playing CB from the start of the season we'd be safe by now. Made another huge block tackle when they looked certain to score.

Clint hill on 11:01 - Apr 12 with 663 views | QPunkR | Epic, all-action player. He's said that he's never really been a left back and always preferred playing in the middle, and we can all see why now. Absolute bloody class this year

Clint hill on 11:18 - Apr 12 with 630 views | sexton | Taking nothing away from Clint here (he'd be my player of the season) but the massive improvement in our midfield shape has been a huge help to the centre backs. They are under so much less pressure now. Teams used to slice through the middle of us.

I'd possibly still go for Faurlin; when we were really shite he was still really good. Clint defo a contender tho; not taking anything away from him [Post edited 1 Jan 1970 1:00]
