It's all about opinions, and it's an interesting question, I think, after all the on-board discussions, which is why I put it up. If you don't agree/like it, just don't vote!
Sorry, but it's not 'an interesting question'. You clearly have a dislike of the guy, which is fine, but are trying all you can to get everyone to feel the same way. it's obvious, repetitive & tedious.

We lost a match and fielded a slightly under strength team against a first eleven premiership team.
Nearly all of your options bar one are saying on the evidence of one game, I have lost all respect for Marti.
Good God- no !!!
The man is our most important and influential employee since Warnock and Taraabt.
We have one defeat in eleven in the league and are currently 13th in the Championship - that's a position we have rarely attained in recent seasons and we have a developing squad and a few decent young players finding their feet also.
The guy has been here 15 months and has shown his qualities.
What this game was, is six shots on target and six goals.
A Championship outfit may get two or three there but not all six.
You seem to want to get angry with Marti over one game. And sod the last eleven..
Not sure what you are implying but it seems you are just looking for a time to moan. Now is not that time.
But yes let's get rid !!!!!
Would not desire yourself as my line manager Stainrod. One bad day and I would be presented with my P45 !!!

It is not an interesting question. It's just you throwing your toys out of the pram!
Write us a poem instead please.

It would be an interesting question if the resposes included an option that wasn't so specific to one game.
How do i feel about him? Exactly the same as i did before Saturday. Nothing has changed after one goddam game. He is the best manager we have had for years.
I do worry about you though Mr Elbow. You keep claiming you are victimised on here and that you are "just sharing your opinion", and then post something like this which is glaringly attention seeking and then get upset that others dont agree with you. Ask yourself, was this sensible?
Am not voting because its a bit like taking time to seriously think if you love your wife a bit less because she made herself a cup of tea but didn't offer you one. Its irritating, but its so not the reason you are either going to stay married or file for divorce. It would be a bit menopausal to change your view of a manager after one cup game (and I speak as one who was quite frustrated for all the reasons highlighted by many posters and by Clive in his report).

Very well put mate! Im over it.
AND WHEN I DREAM , I DREAM ABOUT YOU AND WHEN I SCREAM I SCREAM ABOUT YOU!!!!!
Fascinating range of responses, which say, I feel, and not for the first time, much more about the respondents than about me.
Quite a number of people have voted, which is the main thing, and which was my hope/aim. It's extraordinary how many people can't bear to just not vote but instead need to turn a perfectly reasonable, and topical, poll into an excuse to bash the poster over the head. The level of self-righteousness, preachiness, and scapegoating resentment by the few tells its own story.
I think, and have said many times, that I like and admire Marti in many ways, but, for my own part, this weekend changed my view of him - not catastrophically, but significantly. But I'm just one vote and one man. I was, and am, genuinely interested in what others thought, and think, and thank them for expressing a spectrum of views. That was the idea, and that's what a decent poll here is for, surely - to hold up a mirror on behalf of those who contribute positively and passionately.

The attention seeker is waving his arms again. Completely unnecessary to do this other than to get a reaction.
We all love MC.
Good luck with that - I'd prefer to avoid that kind of cultism and conformism! Why not just speak for yourself as an individual and think for yourself rather than purporting to voice this or that on behalf of a presumed collective?

It wasn't an 'opinion', it was (and indeed is) a poll, with a wide spectrum of possible answers. What part of that are you not receiving?

Another poll (after your post match poll) wasn’t needed though.
“Quite a number of people have voted” - 37 votes is hardly an earth shattering amount of data capture or an accurate reflection of the spectrum of the entire fan base. You should be in Marketing.
There’s enough comments on the match tread and various ‘just back’ type of messages to garner the same result, which people are capable of drawing their own conclusions from without the need of a poll, and there wasn’t a ‘wide spectrum of answers’ as most of the options available steered towards your own narrative. You really do contradict yourself at times. What part of that are you not receiving?

OK, you win, as it seems so important to you to score resentful points. A fan posts a poll on a messageboard, and you feel the need to respond like this. As I say, it's all about you, really. Have a great night.

Amazing! What a scapegoating, resentful person you are! Maybe find one or two things to do that make you happy/ier? Just a thought.
[Post edited 13 Jan 23:33]
“ Scapegoating is the act of unfairly blaming someone or a group for problems, and then treating them negatively”.
Nope, none of that going on here, quite the opposite. You are, as always, the architect of your own problems. Over to you for the last word as i know you’ll want to. Night.

My god. Give it a rest. Stop playing the holier-than-thou card. Your total lack of self awareness is incredible. It's everyone else, it can't be you. Despite so many people replying to you in the same manner. On another thread and I think I said this before, someone started a reply to you with 'no offence' and the rest rest of the reply wasn't a contradiction of that initial statement. How did you reply to it? Rudeness and sarcasm.
You call this poster resentful? Look at you. We have a manager, who yes isn't perfect. Will make mistakes etc. You have an issue with the team he put out after what he said. The fact is yes, he may have gone against his word and not played the sort of team you were expecting based on these words. There may have been reasons behind the scenes, such as fitness etc that meant he changed his plans or maybe none at all. You though have been spited by this and so that's it. He's lost brownie points. He's on the slippery slope. Who's he answering to blah blah blah. I'm going to do a poll to see who agrees with me. You didn't want opinions. You wanted validation for your own thoughts on the matter. Whenever, someone gives an opinion that isn't the same as yours, it's not a discussion, it becomes an argument because you can't handle people questioning you, challenging you. You might try and hide it in your colourful paragraphs but it's there. Then when you are questioned about it, they misunderstood you. They all misunderstand you, don't they?

He's the best thing about the club but he has lost a bit of credit from me .
Win at Plymouth and that will go along way in topping up the credit again .
My concern now is that we could easily go on a bad run with two away games at the opposite ends of the country and then Sheffield Wednesday at home who are very hit and miss .
At a club where things can go badly very quickly a manger shouldn't burn credit with match going fans so easily IMO .
