Time to rethink digital only it could cost us money.

Waiting and hoping for conformation that my season ticket card from last year can be used this season. I was assured it could when I renewed so hope they stck to that

A 15,000-ish crowd, all cash purchases with no season tickets, is not something the club want to be handing back in refunds right now because computer says no.

If there's a genuine risk of non functioning turnstiles, the club needs to be getting details of alternative entrance arrangements out tonight. Tomorrow morning will be too late for many.

As a fellow digital despiser and smartphone refusenik I’ve got a season ticket card too and remember well the anxiety as the new season approached last year. Would it work or wouldn’t it? Fortunately it did so fingers crossed for this year too.

I also had a wasted journey to the box office today (all the way from south London) in a forlorn attempt to buy tickets for Cambridge and West Brom (I prefer attending personally because the ‘eticketing’ thing on the website is a complete mystery to me). Despite being ready, willing and able to hand over hard cash to our club in exchange for these, computer said ‘no’ (not box office’s fault, of course).

How did buying a ticket to a football match become such an ordeal?
